The company is top grade. When I called to make an appointment it was easy. They were very good on making an appointment the very next day even when I called after 6:00pm. When the technician got here I had solved the problem. Conrad was very understanding. Said there would not be a charge. If, I have problems in the future I will definitely call them.

Did an awesome job explaining what was wrong and how it could be fixed and the cost wasn’t pushy but expressed that it needed to be fixed. Daray from Precision did a great job for us. We had multiple issues he was able to address - replaced a non-functional opener and also tuned up both garage doors while he was here. Both doors are now smooth and quiet for the first time in years! We had one small issue Daray had to come back out to resolve, but we're still happy. Precision was easy to schedule and no charge for the 2nd follow-up visit to wrap up the repair. Daray was friendly and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend Daray and Precision Door!

Greetings: My technician, Karl Conner, was a very courteous and professional young man whose expertise was of a paramount level. He fixed my garage door opener and explained ALL the parts of my old garage door, plus ALL the reasons why I was due for a new one. He was kind enough to recommend a product for me to use to spray my garage door parts in order to keep them in good working order. We discussed my need for a new garage door, and I learned things I was not previously aware of with this old door. I will more than likely return to your service for a new door before the year is over. I recommend this young man receive an immediate promotion. Y. Welch

I was quoted $69.99 for the service all that was done was reprograming my home remote. and a handheld. After everything was complete, I ended up also paying an additional $15 that was not mentioned in the quote for maintenance. The service tech did a good job with the reprograming.

I called Precision due to a comment from a Handyman I had used for bath stools repair. I asked him if he had an opinion on Overhead Door which I had used about 4-5 times in the past. He mentioned Precision & I told him I had seen TV Ads & had looked this company up on the internet & was interested.He said he had a friend that had used your company & was very pleased. So I called Precision on Monday July 18th, made the appointment for noon- 4pm on the 19th of July. Tyler Cunningham called when he was on his way, did the inspection, came in with the results, I was shocked with the price but called a friend, he wanted to direct me to a good, all around Handyman that has just completed 3 garage door openers in the past 3-4 weeks & he thought I would be wise to call this man. I talked to Tyler for a few minutes, I made the choice to give myself piece of mind & choose the Proffesional Man & Backed by a well known company. Did I have the funds?,NO!! But I feel like I have the Warranty & Proffesonial work of a Man that does this kind of work daily. The work was completed within maybe 2-2 hrs. I am very satisified, pleased & extremely Happy that yje job could be completed today.Everthing cleaned up & the needed information given to me, I understand how this new Genie Opener works, I am a very Happy Customer & both Tyler Cunningham & Precision get a # 5 Rating from this very satisifed customer. I would gladly recommend both the Company & Installer, who had the patience & clairity to explain the answers to my questions, asked & answered by Tyler. Job Well Done!!
