Dean was the tech that came to our house, and I thought he was very courteous and professional. He was thorough and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. the only question that I had was the coupon indicated the price of $639 was incorrect. I think that you should get that corrected. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dean was able to do the work right then.

Saw TV ad and had spring replaced almost a year ago. Recently one of the cables that lifts the door came off the pulley. Based on last service I called Precision again. Turns out there was also a factory defect in the spring they replaced a year ago. They replaced the spring under warranty and the rest of the repairs were less than $90. Sorry, but I think you should know my experience with your company. The ads are slick, and the telephone scheduler, Ashley, was friendly and courteous, but the technician, who arrived was not inpiring confidence in his mannerisms and English language deficits. Oddly, he arrived early making me wonder if he was like a foreign Uber driver intercepting this job -- especially when he quoted $250 to fix a simple wiring problem with one of the two doors safety closing mechanism. At that point I declined your services, and called my trusted Overhead Door Co, who I have relied on for years. They fixed it professionally in all aspects with a $79 tune up charge.

Fortunately, a second local provider inspected the same setup and quoted half the price for equivalent work, underscoring the discrepancy. While Precision may deliver quality repairs, their pricing and communication fell short, leading me to select a more transparent and cost-effective option. I won't be returning for future needs.

Dean was the technician. He did an excellent job identifying and telling me about the problem and then describing the repair options and estimates. During the same visit, he was able to make the repairs, and the door is working normally again! I am completely satisfied because of the ease of scheduling, because Dean showed up on time as scheduled, and because about 48 hours after the door broke, the repair had been completed.
