Had a Technician out to fix spring on garage door July 30, 2024. Spent a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT of $810 for parts and repair. This last Saturday night, Oct 19, 2024 I had to call again for the same reason. NO EMERGENCY SERVICES AVAILABLE UNTIL MONDAY, Oct 21 between 2-4pm. I just finished calling your answering service who told me the Tech would be calling me with an UPDATE. That was at 3:45 and it is now 4:05 and NOT A SINGLE BIT OF COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE? Really? Is THIS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARD?

I found you in an online search. I am very pleased with the service rendered and the fact that you were so quickly available. Connor did an excellent job in identifying the problem that I was having with my garage door and recommended other items that needed attention and gave me three options from which to choose. I chose the 3 year warrantee option and he performed the work in a timely fashion. This also included new rollers.

Our garage door stopped working on a Friday early evening. Precision Overhead Garage Door was here by 8:30am on Saturday. There was not an overtime charge for a Saturday service call. The technician was very polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the spring and we ended up getting an upgrade that includes a camera and the ability to open and close the door from the app on our phones and keypad. We definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Daray did a great job. I tried to explain on the phone that this was a big job and the door weighed 600 lbs. Daray was alone, but this was a 2 man job, mostly for safety sakes. It’s done, it wasn’t cheap, but was more than I could do on my own. Appreciate Daray, you should take better care of your guys, cheaper than workers comp to send 2 guys, just sayin’

We had used your company before on our other home in Excelsior Springs & that's why we called you again. The only thing we didn't like was the pricing for what had to be done. We needed help with our garage door ASAP as we were going out of town Friday. We called Precision at 9:00pm on a Thursday night and they were able to get us an appointment for the next morning. Our garage door wouldn't stay closed and kept going back up. Precision was our first thought since we see their commercials on the news every morning. Daray showed up right on time the next day and diagnosed and replaced our opener in under a couple hours. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and helpful job. Come to find out , I could have gotten springs for my door a lot less than you charged. Shame on you for overcharging on price of springs. Your coupons are a scam! You have to have "the right item" but you don't clearly say what it covers. Everything you do is a SCAM!!!
