Richard did an excellent job of explaining what our options were on our garage doors on our barn. He had all the materials needed to repair and replace the very old garage door openers. We loved that you are a full service company and was able to resolve our issues in one day. We discovered a problem with our garage door opener during the very cold weather. We heard about Precision Garage Door Services in a TV ad & gave them a call. The tech was here within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and on his recommendation, we had him replace the garage door springs and opener. He added an exterior key pad, also and helped us download the app to access it remotely. London worked really hard to replace my 30-year-old garage door opener that had stopped working for me. He even worked with me to help stay within my budget- he also worked late, he went out for extra parts, and he said several times that if he was going to do something, he was going to do it right. He did a great job. I only got 1 of my 2 garage doors replaced today but I would be happy to hire London again to replace my second door when I'm ready.

I was told by the salesman that installing a new door that my gab at the bottom of door and the cement would be covered but I still have a gab. He said the bottom sweep would cover it but the installer said it would not work and it didn't.
