I was disappointed in the fact that the door is not fixed and ask for a verbal estimate and the quoted over 600.00 for two bottom panels the whole door was 900 installed. I ask about senior citizen discount couldn’t give a straight answer saw your add on TV very disappointed I see your company is all about the dollar thanks but no thanks

Called them on a Friday evening before memorial weekend & they came first thing after the holiday. My husband thought he needed to assist but Daray, the technician, politely told him that he had it & would take care of everything. He had us running again in 30 minutes. Precision Customer Service were pleasant and able to schedule my broken spring problem. Senior Technician Daray F. was on time, polite and quickly evaluated my garage door system. He asked for my feedback on how the garage door was working before the spring broke. Daray went over just how the garage door is suppose to work, along with the components and adjustments he would recommend to rehab my 20 yr. old garage. He explained my discounts and invoice thoroughly. Senior Tech Daray finished the work in just the time he said. Precision has an outstanding service team. I will definitely pass along my positive recommendation to our HOA's Home Services List. Thanks again, Precision and TS Delray F.

Very displeased ... was told the work that was going to be done that did not end up getting done. The employee that did the work is no longer with the company makes me Wonder if it was something he Unprofessionally did. But now i'm trying to make me pay more for it. Got work done on February 14th 2024. On both of my garage doors, the one that I paid the most for As far as garage door opener, it was told he would replace rollers. And springs is broken. I spoke with General Manager . He was very rude And so was the driver, (not the Passenger) at my location.. Would never come back to Precision. I've moved on and asking another company to take care of the problem. They do not live by their motto in their commercial . All I can say is Karma happens To those that do wrong.

Steve showed up promptly and reviewed our problem (old remotes and an old keypad) and ran me through a list of options. Once my choices were made, it was another 15 minutes and everything was done and worked perfectly! Just the kind of service one would ask for!

We came home from running errands and our garage door wouldn't open. We got on the schedule for the very next afternoon. Josh, the repair rep, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me all of the options to choose from to make an informed decision about my repair. He was very efficient and the repair was completed in about an hour. It was such a great process. I called in the afternoon and was provided an arrival time the next morning. Tyler arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, provided 3 options, replaced the broken spring, cleaned up the area, answered all my questions, and gave me hints about maintaining the functioning of the system. I couldn't ask for more.

The tech Steve was great. Cable on the door came off the drum and wrapped around the spring. Cables and spring are less than a year old. I still had to pay a $80.00 service fee for something that shouldn’t have happened with new hardware that was less than a year old.

I’ve seen the truck in the area and decided to call. They were able to come out the same day. The repairman was so nice and explained what was wrong with our doors. With good door openers we were able to open and close doors with ease and so quiet. The young man was so friendly and good at what he did so quickly.

Great people, they sh pop wed up on time and checked it all over as it would not open or close. They tried everting and then we tried my truck remote and it now works. Haven’t use the remote for 6 years. Asked them to replace wall switch but there’s wouldn’t connect! NO charge I I REPEAT NO charge!!!!! Great company and service. You cannot go wrong. USE THEM
