It started out rough when you sent out a rookie and he tried to sell me everything except a new kitchen sink. When he told me that my current motor had a broken sprocket and I needed a new motor, neither of which were true, I sent him packing. Someone from Precision then followed up with me and asked if it was ok to send out another tech and I agreed. That tech was Daray Ferguson who was extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard working and friendly. He absolutely would be the only reason that I would use Precision in the future. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and got to work. It was nice having someone that when they told you something needed to be replaced, I had no doubts that I needed to do it.

Five star review for Precision, in particular Daray Ferguson, who did an awesome job with our garage door. Daray was extremely outgoing, explained the reason behind everything he did, and tried to get us every discount he possibly could. Daray stayed at our house until 10 PM to make sure the job got done once, and got done right, and even came back the next day to check on our system and make sure it was running smoothly, and that I could connect it to the app. Highly recommend this company and this technician.

We called on a Sunday with a broken coil spring, and Daray was out within a couple hours. He did a great job explaining the other issues with the door that may have caused the spring to break. We knew the door had other problems that we needed to have fixed. Daray had it operating quietly and smoothly within a couple hours with new springs, rollers, and bearings. Very professional and patient with all our questions. Highly recommend.

Daray Ferguson was our technician. He was personable, friendly, and knows garage doors! He was a fountain of information and had our door working just great by the time he left. We did not have one major problem but had lots of minor problems that he took care of. We needed 12 new rollers and a new operator bracket. Garage door works like a charm now! If we have any future concerns about our garage door we will definitely reach out to Precision and ask for Daray again! He did a great job and as I said, he knows garage doors!

We are a prior customer. As a matter of fact, they did such a good job over 10 years ago, we just now had to have some minor work done. Daray and Garrett were on time, surveyed the situation and immediately got all the materials required to fix the bottom seals of both garage doors. I might also add that they were extremely polite and professional throughout the project, answering any questions and providing suggestions for future needs. If we need another house call, we will specifically ask for these two wonderful young men!

Daray from Precision did a great job for us. We had multiple issues he was able to address - replaced a non-functional opener and also tuned up both garage doors while he was here. Both doors are now smooth and quiet for the first time in years! We had one small issue Daray had to come back out to resolve, but we're still happy. Precision was easy to schedule and no charge for the 2nd follow-up visit to wrap up the repair. Daray was friendly and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend Daray and Precision Door!
