David the Operations Manager sold me on Precision Door over the phone. I needed a reputable company to evaluate my garage door for safety and reliability. David showed up at my house in person with his lead service technician and crew. They upgraded the hardware on my door. I can sleep at night thanks to Dave and Precision Door, I will be recommending them to all my friends and the neighborhood homes association. Thanks Dave.

The technician, Tobin, was very professional, inspecting my garage door and garage door opener and explaining to me the problem, potential problems, causes, and options for resolving each problem. Tobin did a fine job. It just seems very expensive for two tension springs and spending $402.95. The $15 fuel charge seems a bit much, just add that into the price of equipment and labor. I would consider your company again. You did arrive on time and on the same day which I appreciated.

Tobin Watkins was my service technician and he did an outstanding job on my garage door repair. I did not have any issues with the guys that came out or the repair work that I had done. I did have a slight problem with the fact that I was scheduled from 12-2. I received a call after 2 to let me know that they were running behind and would call me when they were on the way out. I did get another call around 4:30 for more specifics of the work that I need done and let me know that they were on the way. They finally arrived just after 5pm... Had I known this I would have selected a later time in the day so I wouldn't have missed 1/2 of work.

5 stars. Good guys. Easy to talk to. Knew their stuff. Quick. Clean. They suggested additional service, some of which I declined, some I accepted. Ended up paying more than I would have liked, but dropping $500 on a service call seems to be the norm today. Oh well. I called at 8am on Saturday and my problem was solved by 1pm same day.. Doesn't get much better than that.
