I had rubber seals replaced and a general tuneup of two garage doors. After ordering the service, I appreciated the fact that Precision sent a confirming email for what service would be performed, and the time the techs would arrive. I also received a call from the techs themselves telling me that they were on the way. The techs themselves were very competent and courteous, and completed the work in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call Precision if additional work is needed in the future.

Dave, Thank you so much for your help today and for taking the time to set me in the right direction. In my haste (& panic) to solve the problem with my door opener, I failed to stop and remember that it was 16 years old, and that the gears had already been replaced at least once before. Instead I just picked up the phone and called Precision Door Company. I really appreciate your concern for my situation, and for providing the best recommendation for me, not the one that would cost me the most money. You not only saved me from wasting your time, but you saved me from paying a $85 service call fee, just to have you tell me my opener was trashed and should really be replaced. You also gave me some great recommendations on the new openers that you sell, and warned me to stay away from the lower quality openers on the market. I appreciated all of your recommendations, and your honesty in your approach. I have purchased and installed several openers over the years, and so I am choosing to do some research and then purchase and install a replacement. If I find that I cannot do this on my own, you will be the first person & company I call. Thank you again for your honesty, and for doing business “the old fashioned way”, where the customer needs come first, not the products you need to sell. We found you on the WEB and picked you based on the information we could find on your site and the option of being able to schedule evening service calls. We sceduled a call. They came on time(actually early) the service was pleasent and very professional. They explained all my questions and did a great job. After checking the system to make sure it worked correctly they made sure I understood it came with a 5 year warranty and thanked me for the opportunity to serve me. Every thing about the experience was pleasent and professional. I would strongly recomend them to anyone who needs service on their garage door or system.

I had a broken belt pulley on a LiftMaster belt driven garage door opener. After patiently waiting a full week on a different Overhead Door company to try and obtain the pulley I called Precision. Placed the call at 8AM and by 12:30PM they had arrived and replaced the broken pulley with one the carry on their truck! Also impressed with their Web Site. Received an appointment verification notification by e-mail which included a picture of the service technician they were sending. This is very efficient operation.

Five stars! My car was trapped in the garage when one of the springs broke. We found Precision, called and they scheduled for same day service. I set up an appointment for a repair. The crew arrived on schedule and after we talked over what my old door needed, I decided to order a new one. The crew was very professional and secured my old door so that it would be safe until the new door could be ordered and installed. The price of the new door was very reasonable.

Tobin did a fine job. It just seems very expensive for two tension springs and spending $402.95. The $15 fuel charge seems a bit much, just add that into the price of equipment and labor. I would consider your company again. You did arrive on time and on the same day which I appreciated.
