I had to replace my garage doors for the first time and I chose this company and it was worth every penny. From the estimate to the install these guys were phenomenal. I approved the estimate yesterday and they finished the install today. They worked tirelessly on a snow day to make sure the install was perfect in the freezing cold. They were professional in all regards. If you need new garage doors call this company. I am so glad that I did. They took care of my family like they were their own. Hard to find that kind of customer service!

Very nice and knowledgable. We had a four-month-old inside and they were concerned if they were making too much noise for her. They offered a few scenarios on what to repair but not pushy on their recommendations. Hopefully the door doesn't break again but I would use them if it did.

This was the first time I used precision and service technician Terry was awesome! Very knowledgable, took the time to explain to my level what the problem was and quickly fixed it, went above and beyond , he helped me reset our pins, found out even our batteries for the outside openers were long dead- he replaced them! and shared maintenance tips for us to implement every 6 months. Thank you Terry for excellent service , I highly recommend precision for garage door issues . I give them a 5 star rating.

The lead guy was rude. Gets there at 4:30 and says - do you have coffee? My husband made a pot and then he asked for cream and sugar. Really? He couldn't have stopped at QT? He got snippy when the email receipt didn't come they the first time he tried it and he had to retype everything. The guy with him was very polite.

I sorry for your experience and i spoke to the tech. since something didn't sound right. After they arrived your husband asked it they would like a beverage and he said sure if you got coffee! ( being cold outside ) Our company has gone paperless for the most part and this new technology can be a little frustrating he meant no disrespect towards you and only his discomfort with his new ipad.

Wife called me at 9 am on Dec. 19 and said garage door wouldn't open. I was out of town and couldn't take care of it myself and called Precision. They said they would have someone there at 4 pm. The repair man came and replaced a broken cable. My wife said he was very courteous and well trained. He fixed the problem in a short amount of time. When I got the invoice online a little while later I saw the charge wasn't what I was told it would be. I called them and they very graciously adjusted the charge to a reasonable amount. I was well pleased with the whole process.

Tobin was here on time . He was friendly and professional. I was very comfortable having him in my home. He did the job in a timely manner and clearly explained everything. Very happy with Tobin, the work and the fact that the work was done the same day that we called. I would recommend the company and Tobin to anyone needing your services.

My family just relocated from TX. Garage door openers are not a pre-installed item on new construction. I scheduled the install for the same day we closed on the new house. I found the company by doing a google search. The company was listed at the top which is why I clicked on your link. I watched the videos and new right away I wanted one of your quiet openers. I ended up going with your top of the line opener. The installer did a phenomenal job installing the unit and was very knowledgeable about his craft. Will be scheduling him to come back and install another opener soon. Only advice I have is for the folks at the call center to ask if the install is in a new construction and how many units the customer wants installed (two car Vs three car garage). This will ensure the technician comes to a job site prepared to install more than one unit.
