Michael was ahead of time and after a brief discussion as to the problem we were experiancing, he immediately got to work to diagnose the problem. He told us that the mother board in the motor unit had apparently been fried from electrical surge while we were on vacation. He could have fixed it but the unit was only 6 months old (from another company) and it should be looked at for warrenty replacement. He told us that if we were not satisfied with "the other company", that he would be more than glad to repair or replace the motor for us. He checked all of the rails that Precision had installed and made a couple of slight adjustments. We went to Precision after the "other company botched the install of a new track went awrye and they couldn't fix it for a month. Brian and his Precision team will be the only people to service our three garage doors after "the other company" replaces the motor. Thanks Mike for a professional service call. Mike was at my house within an hour to fix the issue. I really appreciate the speed of being able to have a technician at my house, and the quality of work provided. Since this was an unexpected expense, Mike worked with me to create a solution that I could afford, while also letting me know other fixes I may need down the road and can budget for. We had two new doors and openers installed. From the very beginning, the service and professionalism were outstanding. I was most impressed with the install technician Terry. He worked for 12 hours straight (by himself) removing old doors and openers, installing new ones, setting everything up, cleaning and maintaining his work space as he went, and all the while putting up with numerous questions and interruptions from me. Terry was personable, professional, and clearly enjoys his work. I can't say enough about him. The doors look and operate great and the process was painless. Thanks!

My garage door broke Sunday night. I was able to get service scheduled for right away Monday morning. The technicians were on time and finished replacing my springs and pulleys before 9:15. What a great service experience! My technicians were prompt and even called me before the scheduled visit to make sure it was still a good time to come by. Once here, they listened to my garage door situation and offered a "good, better or best" plan in terms of what we wanted serviced. They kindly explained the price of each part and their plan of action. Amazingly, they were done within an hour! They reviewed the invoice thoroughly with me afterwards and left with a smile. Terry and his partner were great. Very professional service and they answered all my questions. I initially wanted a keypad installed. But after talking with Terry I decided to have an entire opener installed. Thinking they would have to reschedule, Terry said they had what they needed to do the job. Both Terry and his partner installing the new opener were very professional. They explained all my options in detail and answered my questions to my satisfaction. This is Gina, Dan's wife and I made the initial call to your company through Google. I liked the very professional receptionist on the other line. Very up beat and for the most part, informative. I really like the promotion of a free trip charge to our home. I liked the ad you had online, too. Only one small comment or ?.... I called to get the large spring replaced and was told that would be $99 and I did not know to ask if there were any other fees involved. $15 disposal fee and $59 to balance the spring or door fee. Overall, I pleased with the service and the professionalism of the receptionist and the technician. Just the hidden extra costs were a little disappointed because I did not know to ask so thought that should have been offered on the initial phone conversation. Thank you, Gina Kahn
