Our garage door broke on a Sunday and Terry was there within an hour. I very rarely write reviews but Terry demonstrated a very positive attitude and extreme professional competence, two qualities that are pretty hard to come by these days, especially on a Sunday afternoon. Terry got our door operational and then came back a couple of days later to install a part he had to order. When he came back, he did so at 6PM when it was convenient for us. Prices were also very reasonable.

Technician arrived during the time designated when making the appointment and advised us the best/worst scenerio of our situation. We opted to change out all the hardware (which included a 10 yr warranty) and he proceeded to do the job in a timely manner. It was somewhat more than we wanted to spend but we've had this same garage door worked on several times in the past and the repairs were only temporary so in the long run paying more to get it done "right" may be the best plan in the long run. We replaced a lot of parts; namely; springs; safety cables; extension cables; and rollers Time will be the true test to the workmanship performed. Thank YOU

The service was very thorough and provided several recommendations prior to performing work. I selected the service which suited my needs and cost limitations and he performed the work immediately within an hour. I would recommend Precision to a neighbor or friend. I also want to mention I contacted the other companies like garage door guys and several others who were not responsive to my phone inquiries which doubted my confidence in their service. This is a 5 star company with comparable costs. Do not be fooled by the low advertisement adds with other companies such as additional service charges.

Maintenance & repair options with costs were helpful in decisions. Precision has always come through with immediate needs. My first service experience was when I had to be at work in the early morning. I had a broken spring and as everyone knows, you're going nowhere until it's fixed. Precision was there and I was on my way to work on time. I highly recommend their 24 hr. service.

Terry the technician that serviced my garage door was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of time to give me an ETA and arrived when he said he would. He replaced the springs to my door quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up prior to departing. I will need to purchase new doors in the near future and will be calling Precision to perform the work.

4 1/2 stars. Safety cables and a spring. Overall good service. Terry (tech) very knowledgeable and polite. Phone operators were Not aware of promotions online. I had to call twice to get a different person. I still had to explain the promotion and she told me that she would put that on my ticket that i mentioned promo at booking. She did Not. Also I feel that you should put on the Web site that no coupons can be combined with promotions. (Ex: free service call with garage door repair and $15 of any garage door repair) I wasn't able to use my coupon.

I love my new garage door opener and "tune up" of the rollers and cables. It is so quiet I have to check to see if the door is going up or down. Upon arrival, our service technician Aaron, listened well to our needs and informed of us of an appropriate solution. The price for the resolution was reasonable for our needs.
