I called on Sunday about a problem with my recently installed door. Precision had Mike out Monday morning to fix the problem. I like Precision because their installers are employees and not contractors. They deliver a stand up job and if there is a problem they show up on time to make it right!

Very prompt and courteous. Gave us options to choose from without breaking the bank. We use our garage door more than the front door. After 12 years it was time. Ended up replacing the whole unit. More than one garage door remote included in the package would've been great, but I still think I made the right choice!

I have worked with Terry on several occasions and I'm always impressed with how helpful he is to explain the problem, options and costs up front so I can make the best decision for me. I got a new garage door from Precision last fall and have been very please with it. The door opener is old (came with the garage when I bought the house in '04) and needs TLC once in a while. Terry is great to keep it in good running condition. I will continue to use Precision Door for all of my garage door and door opener needs.

Excellent price and service. My installer, Terry, was very thorough and didn't mind me asking questions during the installation process. Terry arrived on time, did the install, loaded up all the old door panels and related hardware, then proceeded to clean and lubricate the door hardware, as well as, make sure the door was clean as well. Finally, he picked up all the packing material from the new door and made sure my garage was spotless. Very satisfied with Terry's work and the very reasonable price from Precision....almost 50% less than the 3 other bids I obtained. Highly recommend Precision and Terry.
