Good price. Quick and professional installation. Door was in place two days after I called. Easy. Also, the installer showed me, and explained the safety cables that he installed beside the regular cables. I've never had those before and am really glad I have them now.

Three hours after I called for an appointment my garage door opener was replaced and working. I am very pleased it was this easy. I was told how I could save money because some parts were in new and good condition. Not often do you get a chance to save money with repairs. Thank you to Dan.

Dan did an excellent job. He was very clear in advising what needed to be done and why. He was pretty quick and efficient. I was disappointed that he was reluctant about repainting the garage door. All kidding aside, I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and co-workers.

Tanner, and his partner did a nice job of installing new springs, rollers, drums, torsion cables, and bearings. He explained the process as he went along with the repair, and gave some good tips to watch for in the future. I found both Tanner and his partner both to be very personable and friendly. I did notice one thing that was not offered me on your web site. You offer a senior citizen discount. I was not offered that. I did mention my age to Tanner during our conversation, as he had mentioned his age to me. At any rate, they finished the job in about an hour, and to my satisfaction. I do like the lifetime warranty on parts and labor too! This is the second time I have used Precision to perform repairs on my garage door, and both time satisfied. Thank you, Walter "Rod" Stearns

Tanner, Woody, and Sawyer came to my home to investigate and repair an issue with my garage door opener. Tanner was the lead technician responding to the call and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of garage door openers. He explained what happened to cause my opener to no longer function and prepared three different courses of action to repair the problem for me to choose from. He didnt have all the parts in his truck to complete the repair but he made the door operable again and will return at the day/time I requested to finish. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, Tanner is quite impressive with his knowledge, skill, and speed!

Time frame was quoted between noon and 2 and when they realized they were going to be a bit late they called me immediately. Tanner and the two guys with him were very friendly made their best recommendations for replacing springs and a few other recommendations. They were timely with the labor, and the garage door works great now. Gave me a 5 year warranty on my springs which I hear is one of the most common things to go out on a 2 door garage door. Very competitive with the other bids I got. I would highly recommend

Broken Sproket on 15 year old Liftmaster. Tanner provided next day service and installed new system in less than 2 hours. Friendly kid and explained everything. Works great!

The tech showed up the fix a broken spring & I ended up buying 2 new doors. After discussing my options with Terry on fixing my broken spring & I had planned on replacing my doors in the future. We were unable to get out of our garage. We have always used Overhead Door and called them first thing...they said it would be a $300 service call and timeframe between 8-12, totally unbelievable. I called Precision and was quoted $69 for the service call and reduced to $49 if they had to do repair/replacement and could be there between 8 and 10 a.m. Devion called at 8 a.m. and said he was on his way! He kept me informed of what he was doing and the problem was, got us up and running and we couldn't have been happier~
