I chose your company because of my sister who used your company some time in the last couple of years. She raved about the wonderful service and the young man t(Steve Ray) who worked on her garage doors. She had first called Overhead Garage Co, but because of the actions and suggestions of "unnecessary" work she did not use them She has praised Precision and the service man, Steve Ray, that fixed her garage doors. The young man who came to my house was prompt, very polite and explained what was needed to fix my garage door(broken cable) and also explained a possible problem in the future with the pulleys. He showed me what the "possible" problem was and I was very glad he did and I had him go ahead and replace them. He was VERY polite, took his time and explained everything he was doing and when the work was completed I was very relieved and satisfied with what he did. He was so nice & "patient (with this 82 yr old, old lady). I will always use Precision for any future door problems and again, my praise and thanks to Steve Ray for his efficient, well done job.

We discovered a problem with our garage door opener during the very cold weather. We heard about Precision Garage Door Services in a TV ad & gave them a call. The tech was here within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and on his recommendation, we had him replace the garage door springs and opener. He added an exterior key pad, also and helped us download the app to access it remotely. I called Precision Garage Door because I have seen their ad on TV channel 4 in the morning and their ad appealed to me. I called them today and a new garage door was installed later this afternoon by Jake their technician. The new garage door replaced and existing one that was 20 years old and had developed some minor problems. I am happy with the new garage door, the installation by Jake and especially his great personality.

Door was hung up, out of balance. The Tech added new cables, new brackets at bottom of door and a new bottom seal. He kept opening and closing door until all adjustment that needed for a perfect working garage door with no hang ups.
