Come to find out , I could have gotten springs for my door a lot less than you charged. Shame on you for overcharging on price of springs. Your coupons are a scam! You have to have "the right item" but you don't clearly say what it covers. Everything you do is a SCAM!!!

Had a Technician out to fix spring on garage door July 30, 2024. Spent a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT of $810 for parts and repair. This last Saturday night, Oct 19, 2024 I had to call again for the same reason. NO EMERGENCY SERVICES AVAILABLE UNTIL MONDAY, Oct 21 between 2-4pm. I just finished calling your answering service who told me the Tech would be calling me with an UPDATE. That was at 3:45 and it is now 4:05 and NOT A SINGLE BIT OF COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE? Really? Is THIS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARD?

Our garage door stopped working on a Friday early evening. Precision Overhead Garage Door was here by 8:30am on Saturday. There was not an overtime charge for a Saturday service call. The technician was very polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the spring and we ended up getting an upgrade that includes a camera and the ability to open and close the door from the app on our phones and keypad. We definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Daray did a great job. I tried to explain on the phone that this was a big job and the door weighed 600 lbs. Daray was alone, but this was a 2 man job, mostly for safety sakes. It’s done, it wasn’t cheap, but was more than I could do on my own. Appreciate Daray, you should take better care of your guys, cheaper than workers comp to send 2 guys, just sayin’
