Your Service Technicin( Daray Ferguson) contacted me prior to his arrival and advised when he would arrive for the service call. He arrived timely and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He explained the problems and the various solutions and provided an estimation of the costs for the needed repairs. He was very professional and courteous.

I paid a handyman to install new springs after one broke. My garage door worked for about a month but was never quite right. Then the door became wedged and inoperable. I called Precision and they had a service specialist here within 24 hours. The service specialist, Alex, was very personable and more than happy to explain the cause of my issue. No one foresees or plans for these unexpected repairs, but I felt like Alex actually cared for my individual situation and offered me fair options that were best for me. Tyler was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and helpful. He arrived in a timely manner and he explained what he was doing and what I would need. He did not try to up charge me as did the other companies who gave me an estimate. We just moved into our house and our garage door went bonkers. The door was stuck crooked and rollers were falling out as well as the cables being off their drums. Also, one of the lower tracks was bent drastically which probably resulted in the problem in the first place. Tyler of Precision Door came out, diagnosed the issues, and had our door and the bent track repaired and working perfectly in about an hour. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I can't thank Tyler and Precision Door enough for their same day response to get our door working for us.

Tech showed up at stated time and was professional in his inspection of old unit. Decided to go with a brand new unit since our old unit didn't have safety eyes on base of side rails.
