Fed up with the noisy, out of adjustment doors, I called Precision. Setting the appointment was easy-they scheduled next-day service. The technician, Richard, was prompt, did an evaluation, explained everything to me and got right to work. Service was performed efficiently, completely and at a fair price. Great service, knowledgeable technician, good price. Well done, Richard!

We picked Precision because of rating and same day servicing. Even though the problem turned out to be less than expected ( belt wasn’t broken just tension came apart), I’m still happy we had you do the work. I installed the opener myself 5 years ago and never found any instructions on adjusting the belt tension which let the belt sag a little. Conner put everything back together, adjusted the belt tension correctly, set the travel stops, and checked rails and wheels were in proper working order. A special thanks for the veteran and senior discounts.

I called Precision Garage Door because I have seen their ad on TV channel 4 in the morning and their ad appealed to me. I called them today and a new garage door was installed later this afternoon by Jake their technician. The new garage door replaced and existing one that was 20 years old and had developed some minor problems. I am happy with the new garage door, the installation by Jake and especially his great personality.

All good. Arrived on time, quickly assessed both of our operators, tracks, etc. Only thing that needed attention was replacing old rollers for both doors, and he was able to do it straight away. The service person was good to work with.

The service was easy to initialize service call on web. The technician was polite and thorough in the repair. The technician replaced the backup battery, checked and lubericated the spring and rollers.

I just tried sending a detailed review and notice I couldnot get my review posted (server problem on the company end). I'll make this simple. This is not a good review. Servie person was dealing fast and loose. His procedures did not correspond to what the scheduler indicate would happen. Provided "service" I didn't aslk for and wound up charging $130 more than what he said would be charged. Service person was totally unprofessional. I'll be glad to provide details, but won't enumerate them here again since I'm not sure this review will even be posted or sent. Finally, the fact that I still haven't gotten an itemized bill really pisses me off, even though he said it would be sent immediately from his tablet. 24 hours later, I still don't have it. This is not a company either I or myi family in the KC area will deal with again.

First they are Veteran owed and employ veterans. When I called they responded immediately and were ready that day to come out and do the work, we opted to do it the next day they said they would be here between 8-10 am They called us at 8 and were here about 8:20 fixed it and were gone in less than 90 minutes. I would recommend them to everyone.

Brian You asked for it so here goes. First, I had an appointment set up yesterday for 2-4pm. I stayed home waiting. London called at about 5:30 and said it would be about another 1 1/2 hours or so. He called around 6:45 and said he could be out at 8:15 which is way to late considering it's probably about an hours work. London was nice enough to show up at 8:00am this morning. But his first estimate for cable's and 2 springs was over $1,000.00. That is 2 1/2 times more than another estimate I received and his second estimate for $640.00 was a little over 1 1/2 times more than another estimate I received which I went with. Same amount of work, same materials etc. and the company has a 5 star rating. Too bad it didn't work out. Mike McIntosh

I really appreciate the manner in which Precision helped us get our garage door working again. I called and in no time Steve arrived, looked at the situation and got us operating again. Our garage door had been having problems and we knew a new one was needed. Steve spent some time explaining our options and was extremely helpful. As a result, we are probably going to purchase a door soon.
