I called Tuesday afternoon and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning between 8 and noon. Marquez called me at 8:05 AM to let me know he was on his way and arrived before 8:30. He diagnosed the cause of my malfunctioning garage door in minutes and had it fully functioning again before 9:00. I don't remember ever having a better service call experience. Thank you.

Felt like I was deceived. I had diagnosed my problem on my own which was a rusted/broken cable and was told on the phone that it would be $160 if that was indeed the problem. Guy came out and said yes that was it but I wasn’t told on the phone about other fees like a fee to just readjust the garage even though I had described that was the problem. Or to reset the springs since that apparently is a “must” when replacing the cables and also a “must” was replacing brackets. Even more charges I’m not spelling out. The guy that came out was nice and personable and the job was done but it ended up being very pricey and he was working for 45 min at most.

I had a spring break on my garage door, which was a very disturbing situation. I called Precision and they dispatched an incredible team to my house to fix my problem. London and Conner were awesome, and also checked out my other garage door springs and found them to be rusty and would certainly break in the near future...they repaired ALL my garage doors all in the same day. He was very knowledgeable in evaluating the operation of the doors and determining the adjustments which were needed to major improvements in their performance. The doors operate much quieter and very smooth. A very professional job.

I just had a great experience with Precision. My garage wasn’t opening consistently and had a dent in a panel from it coming down on my car. The technician came out immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it within an hour and charged me a reasonable fee for the work. I initially was worried about paying a lot of money for repairs. Instead, I learned how Precision can get the job done both efficiently and cost-effectively. Our service tech, Alex, was extremely helpful in diagnosing our problem and offering us options as to how to remedy the situation. He was prompt, courteous, personable and knowledgeable in products available to us. We called and set our appointment for Saturday February 10th. Again, Alex called and arrived earlier than the appointed time. Work was completed in a timely manner with no interruptions. Precision Door installed a garage door and door opener for us in 2009. We’ve had no troubles since. Our exterior keypad was not working effectively in the cold weather and they replaced it with a new, working, keypad in 30 minutes. With our garage opener 15 years old, a new one is probably required in the near future. If so, we will definitely have precision door replace it. Great job by Connor Carl today.
