Daray did a great job. I tried to explain on the phone that this was a big job and the door weighed 600 lbs. Daray was alone, but this was a 2 man job, mostly for safety sakes. It’s done, it wasn’t cheap, but was more than I could do on my own. Appreciate Daray, you should take better care of your guys, cheaper than workers comp to send 2 guys, just sayin’

We needed help with our garage door ASAP as we were going out of town Friday. We called Precision at 9:00pm on a Thursday night and they were able to get us an appointment for the next morning. London showed up at 9:30am and got our garage door working like new!! London was awesome, helpful, and just a cool dude!! We will definitely be using them again!!!

I scheduled my garage door repair on like and the technician called about 8:15 am like scheduled. Conner was friendly and showed up with in 25 to 2o mins as promised. Conner was friendly and easy to work with. Conner covered different options and was never HIGH PRESSURE! The repair was quick and the cost was exactly as promised. Very professional! Would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

Garage door opener failed early on a Saturday morning and contacted Precision. Door opener was completely replaced by 2:00pm that same day. Technician was pleasant, completely knowledgeable about the product and helped me pair the new opener with my car. Will use Precision again and recommend to other.

From start to finish, Precision Garage Doors service was great. A broken spring during the night had us trapped in our garage. The receptionist was spot on, friendly, kind and helpful. Even the second time I called and talked to someone else, very professional. A picture and message was sent to my phone soon after making the appointment so I knew who was going to show up. He called before and gave me a 20 minute window for him to arrive and was on time. The advice, service and repair were so good and again, helpful, polite and personable. I will always suggest this company going forward.

Been using Precision on several occasion, since awhile back the garage door broke early evening and crew came out and repaired after normal business hours. This issue intermittent door not opening , Connor diagnosed issue, provided a solution, provided a walk through of changes. Job well done !!

I was impressed as the service technician (Steve Ray) had Precision call me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The work was completed very professionally and Steve explained what was needed to fix the 2 doors of which I told him to go ahead. Steve is very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to fix the problem. What I was most impressed in was that Steve didn't try to over sell you and/or under sell you. He did give us some additional quotes on the pricing of new rollers in the event we wanted to replace them then or later, told him we would do them at a later time. Excellent employee in Steve Ray. I told Steve that I would put Precision Overhead Garage Door on our list of preferred vendor list as I'm in real-estate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate / Kansas City Homes. I called Tuesday afternoon and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning between 8 and noon. Marquez called me at 8:05 AM to let me know he was on his way and arrived before 8:30. He diagnosed the cause of my malfunctioning garage door in minutes and had it fully functioning again before 9:00. I don't remember ever having a better service call experience. Thank you.
