Precision Door installed a garage door and door opener for us in 2009. We’ve had no troubles since. Our exterior keypad was not working effectively in the cold weather and they replaced it with a new, working, keypad in 30 minutes. With our garage opener 15 years old, a new one is probably required in the near future. If so, we will definitely have precision door replace it. Great job by Connor Carl today.

He arrived and we reviewed the issues and was able to quickly assess the changes and updates needed to resolve. as he was working to fix the initial issues, he brought to our attention structural items that were not correct and with approvals could be brought up to date and provide a more complete resolution. We are very happy with the final work and the garage door operates the smoothest it has ever been and seals with the garage eliminating some gaps which let in lots of cold air and smooth operation which should extend the life of our door opener. Tech showed up at stated time and was professional in his inspection of old unit. Decided to go with a brand new unit since our old unit didn't have safety eyes on base of side rails. The new unit with installation was cheaper than expected. We are satisfied with the new unit and extremely satisfied with our tech, Josh D.

My garage door spring broke a few days before the 4th of July. Knowing that it was a weekend and going into a partial holiday week, I was concerned about how quickly I would be able to get my garage door springs replaced so that I could get our vehicles in and out of the garage. I gave PDS a call based on the reviews I read online. The customer service agent was able to schedule me for a next day appointment. Dylan arrived earlier than scheduled which was perfect. Dylan reviewed my garage door status and made recommendations on repair steps beyond the springs that needed addressed. He replaced both springs, my rollers, and bearings in a professional, timely manner. My garage door is nice and quiet now and opens and closes without issues. The price was more than I expected to pay for what was needed, however working with a knowledgeable technician, and the 7 year warranty is piece of mind. I would recommend PDS and Dylan to anyone in the KC metro that needs garage door service.

Top notch company. Spoke with Mikayla to get help with a broken garage door spring. She was great- courteous, asked good questions, very professional. She had a technician at my house within an hour of my call. Alex was the tech. He inspected the door, explained the spring failure, told me what fix needed to be done, did it in about 15 minutes, tested the spring, we did the paperwork, I paid the bill, and that was that. He could not have been nicer or more professional. If I ever need more work on my garage, I’ll call Precision!
