Initially was annoyed because my appointment was scheduled 6-8pm on a Saturday and got a call around 330 pm that the tech was 40 minutes from my house because he had a big job to do and was trying to get to everyone else beforehand. While I appreciate that effort, I'm not spending my day waiting around for a tech especially when I had a scheduled appointment. Oh well, tech showed up around 11pm and was pretty awesome and pretty quick to get my repair done.

Hello, I am not happy with their service and would not recommend them to anyone. The technician that came to my house was unprofessional and used unprofessional language. He tried to sell me things that I do not want. In the end I dd not let him do any work but still paid him for service call and than called another company.

Travis did an excellent job replacing my springs, cable wires and rollers on my garage door. Was very nice and polite. I would refer Precision to anyone that was having problems with their garage doors.

This gentleman did an excellent job I called precision because one year ago they fixed my garage door after two attempts. Those gentlemen did a poor job and this guy corrected all their mistakes. I wish he had come the first time.

I chose the company based on my Google search, ratings, reviews, BBB accreditation. It was a wonderful decision! I never thought that I could have any repairs done on a Sunday without being charged a lot! Not the case. John, my service technician, called, arrived on time, went over my options after reviewing my problem, was very professional! The repairs done, FANTASTIC, QUALITY work! Thanks John! We contacted Precision when the spring on our garage door broke. They were able to come out that evening to look at it. Travis, the technician, looked at it all and gave us recommendations and a price. We thought we were going to schedule an appointment, but he said, ok, I will have it done within a couple of hours. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quick attention. He was very knowledgeable and his work also fixed a sensor issue we had been having. We had a great experience with Precision.

Mr. Major did all he could do but was unable to fix it because the last people that were out screwed it up and twisted it. He was able to show my husband the problem. my appointment was between 10-12PM and he was there at 10:10 that was awesome !! he was very polite and very helpful. The person who did the on site estimate was very polite and prices seemed good. I've made 4 follow-up calls now to proceed with my estimate and the person who answers the phone states a tech will call me back but i've never received a call back. I have no other choice to take my business somewhere else.

The product Precision sells is very good, as is the quality of the installation. But, if you're looking for responsible customer service, and guaranteed prices, and for promises to be kept this is not the company to use. I am a senior, and a disabled Veteran. My scheduled, and confirmed appointment was from 0800-1000. I re-arranged my schedule for the day to accommodate that promised time slot. At 0945 I called to ask when I could expect my service technician to arrive. I was placed on hold while they tried to get in touch with him. They couldn't, but promised to call me when they did. They didn't. I called again at 1015. They promised to call when they contacted the Technician. Again, they didn't. Technician showed up at 1035. Long story short, I was over charged $120 from the promised quote. Technician had a surly attitude with which I was not comfortable. I called the office again and asked to speak to a manager. They told me there was none available. I asked for the manager to call me the following day. I have yet to receive a call. Caveat Emptor!

This is the company to use!!! I had never used Precision before so I was a bit apprehensive. I was convinced I needed a new opener. The appointment was set. When the tech got into the garage, his first words were "maybe you don't need a new unit. I can fix the problem for a fraction of the cost." In the end, the tech saved me $400. He was FAST, professional, courteous and a pleasant guy. I believe in loyalty - they do me good, I do them good. If i need garage door work done you can bet I will call Precision.
