My garage door had an issue this morning that needed immediate attention so it would close and I could get to work. I was in a bind and called Precision. Mike was at my house within an hour to fix the issue. I really appreciate the speed of being able to have a technician at my house, and the quality of work provided. Since this was an unexpected expense, Mike worked with me to create a solution that I could afford, while also letting me know other fixes I may need down the road and can budget for. Mike was very personable, educated me on my door, and I felt very comfortable with the work he performed.

We had two new doors and openers installed. From the very beginning, the service and professionalism were outstanding. I was most impressed with the install technician Terry. He worked for 12 hours straight (by himself) removing old doors and openers, installing new ones, setting everything up, cleaning and maintaining his work space as he went, and all the while putting up with numerous questions and interruptions from me. Terry was personable, professional, and clearly enjoys his work. I can't say enough about him. The doors look and operate great and the process was painless. Thanks!

Terry and his partner were great. Very professional service and they answered all my questions. I initially wanted a keypad installed. But after talking with Terry I decided to have an entire opener installed. Thinking they would have to reschedule, Terry said they had what they needed to do the job. Both Terry and his partner installing the new opener were very professional. They explained all my options in detail and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I had asked aloud in the waiting area while my car was being serviced yesterday if anyone knew a good garage door repair company. Mike Medina said that your company had done work at his home and he had been quite satisfied. I phoned this morning (12/1/15) and was surprised that you could have someone come this afternoon. The appointment was set for between 2-4:00 p.m. The technician (Joshua Beck) arrived at 2:00 on the button and went to work immediately to find the problem. As my door operator is old, he had to make a special trip to procure a part. He returned and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. He replaced the springs, and a belt for the motor. He thoroughly explained to me the problem, and the repairs needed. He also oiled the other garage door, which had been squealing loudly, taking care of that issue. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend your firm.

I called Precision because they provided excellent service in 2012. I was in a time crunch with my car inside my garage and the spring broke on the garage door. Precision was able to be at my house within a couple of hours!!! Rick got everything fixed in a very hot garage. This is most certainly a 5 star company that I've called before and will call again if needed!

Called on a Sunday afternoon and actually talked to a person instead of leaving a message. The person was thorough and made sure she had accurately taken down the contact information I gave her as well as the nature of my problem. Prompt same day service on a Wednesday with technician Terry Wilson. Indicated that our spring was undersized for the two car garage door. Replaced springs, repaired top of door where bent, reinforced. Also replaced a circuit board and inside garage door opener on the second single car garage door that was more than 15 years old. All worked well except for the new indoor garage opener. The light and lock buttons did not function. Technician Aaron Rhoades came out the following Saturday morning. Road construction in our area made it difficult to get to our house. He was very polite and apologetic for the 10-15 minute delay in figuring out how to navigate into our neighborhood. He reversed the wires on the inside garage door opener. All is good. No charge covered by warranty for the follow-up visit. Rated as a 4 star instead of a 5 just because of the need for a follow-up visit.

Fast, excellent work. Very good clean-up after the job was done. Terry's crew were pleasant guys who seemed to enjoy what they were doing and explaining what was needed. 3 Stars The Product was fine. The Installation failed to exceed my expectations. Technicians were not familiar with older house construction. Did not have proper tools or training in quality installation management.
