Our garage door broke on a Sunday and Terry was there within an hour. I very rarely write reviews but Terry demonstrated a very positive attitude and extreme professional competence, two qualities that are pretty hard to come by these days, especially on a Sunday afternoon. Terry got our door operational and then came back a couple of days later to install a part he had to order. When he came back, he did so at 6PM when it was convenient for us. Prices were also very reasonable.

Aaron called in advance to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Gave me a detailed estimate and three options for repair and service to my garage doors. Terry the technician that serviced my garage door was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of time to give me an ETA and arrived when he said he would. He replaced the springs to my door quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up prior to departing. I will need to purchase new doors in the near future and will be calling Precision to perform the work.

I love my new garage door opener and "tune up" of the rollers and cables. It is so quiet I have to check to see if the door is going up or down.
