Very happy with the expertise and service of Precision. Terry Wilson was the technician and he was extremely knowledgeable about how to get the garage door back on the track and working again. He also repaired the door from a cosmetic perspective best that he could. Nice, professional, and eager to help guy. Very proactive in getting bids for a new door and following up.

I called Precision when another company did not show up during a scheduled time. Aaron has been to our home 3 times in 7 days. He has been amazing. So polite, kind to my son and very knowledgable. The first time he replaced rollers in both doors. Then the door's 25 year old operator gave out and he was back to fix it a few days later. Then 2 days after that the other door's 25 year old operator gave out also! I am frustrated with my garage doors, but Aaron has been so great!

Cutis was such a pleasure to have at my home for the service call. He was very detailed in checking that all functions with my door were working properly. Figured out the wiring was the problem and remedied it for much less than the cost of a replacement. I want to commend David the Operations Manager of Precision Door. He made a follow up call to me because I was unhappy with my initial appointment results. He was genuinely concerned that I was not satisfied. He bent over backward to smooth things out with me, complete my job and warranty it for 5 years. He's a first rate manager that wants to do the right thing and cares about his customers. Precision Door cares and wants their customers happy. This is a rare quality in today's world. 5 stars. Good guys. Easy to talk to. Knew their stuff. Quick. Clean. They suggested additional service, some of which I declined, some I accepted. Ended up paying more than I would have liked, but dropping $500 on a service call seems to be the norm today. Oh well. I called at 8am on Saturday and my problem was solved by 1pm same day.. Doesn't get much better than that.
