We just moved into our house and our garage door went bonkers. The door was stuck crooked and rollers were falling out as well as the cables being off their drums. Also, one of the lower tracks was bent drastically which probably resulted in the problem in the first place. Tyler of Precision Door came out, diagnosed the issues, and had our door and the bent track repaired and working perfectly in about an hour. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I can't thank Tyler and Precision Door enough for their same day response to get our door working for us.

Tech showed up at stated time and was professional in his inspection of old unit. Decided to go with a brand new unit since our old unit didn't have safety eyes on base of side rails. The new unit with installation was cheaper than expected. We are satisfied with the new unit and extremely satisfied with our tech, Josh D.

The person answering my call was very polite and helpful. I chose Precision because they are local and I had heard good things about them. Conner Karl, the person who came to look at and repair the garage door was very helpful, observed the situation, provided an estimate of the cost of repair. Once I approved this, he went straight to work, completed the task, ask for me to check out the function of the garage door, then asked if I had any questions. Fantastic service! I called to get an estimate for a new opener. First surprise was they came out on Saturday! Didn't expect that, that quickly! Alex, my technician, inspected my entire door and tracks, and prepared a full estimate and recommendations. I agreed to all the work, and was expecting to have to schedule installation for next week. NOPE! Alex said "I'll get started" and 2 hours later, job complete. THAT'S SERVICE!! Customer for life.

I normally do things myself, but with moving I decided to call to get my door repaired as it had the cable jump the track and canted the door sideways. I called and they had someone out within a day. Josh responded and was polite, knowledgeable, and got the door repaired within 30 mins!! I will absolutely be using this company again! Absolutely phenomenal service and great company!

My garage door spring broke a few days before the 4th of July. Knowing that it was a weekend and going into a partial holiday week, I was concerned about how quickly I would be able to get my garage door springs replaced so that I could get our vehicles in and out of the garage. I gave PDS a call based on the reviews I read online. The customer service agent was able to schedule me for a next day appointment. Dylan arrived earlier than scheduled which was perfect. Dylan reviewed my garage door status and made recommendations on repair steps beyond the springs that needed addressed. He replaced both springs, my rollers, and bearings in a professional, timely manner. My garage door is nice and quiet now and opens and closes without issues. The price was more than I expected to pay for what was needed, however working with a knowledgeable technician, and the 7 year warranty is piece of mind. I would recommend PDS and Dylan to anyone in the KC metro that needs garage door service.

Tyler was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and helpful. He arrived in a timely manner and he explained what he was doing and what I would need. He did not try to up charge me as did the other companies who gave me an estimate. He made me trust this company so I threw away the other companies information and when I upgrade my garage door after my house repairs I will call Precision and I want Tyler to install my new garage door...Thanks Tyler you restored my trust and confidence in hiring honest people to do work on my home.
