Steve called ahead for his arrival time & arrived on time. Problem was corrected & Steve pointed out possible areas that should be watched for service in the future as the garage doors & openers are 11 years & the life is normally 12 to 15 yes. Very helpful would highly recommend.

As a small business owner myself I am very critical of the way other business employees handle themselves while at my home. With that being said I am super impressed with the technicians (Daray) performance on my job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative on all the work performed on my door. We have lived in our home for 10 years now and our door has never run as smooth and quiet as it does now. Thanks Precision Overhead Door and a big shout out to my man Daray for a job well done. All I can say is Precision better treat this tech with the highest respect or I may just swoop him up for my team.

Sean was a great guy with a terrible script. I don't need new rollers at $19 apiece on a 2 year old door. Don't need some Wi-Fi transmitter so a friend can get in to borrow a tool when we're in Mexico. Don't need to pay a $20 fee for gas and EPA disposal in addition to a trip fee. Don't need to pay $200 for sensors that I can buy for $40. Wasted $69 on a trip charge.

Michael was ahead of time and after a brief discussion as to the problem we were experiancing, he immediately got to work to diagnose the problem. He told us that the mother board in the motor unit had apparently been fried from electrical surge while we were on vacation. He could have fixed it but the unit was only 6 months old (from another company) and it should be looked at for warrenty replacement. He told us that if we were not satisfied with "the other company", that he would be more than glad to repair or replace the motor for us. He checked all of the rails that Precision had installed and made a couple of slight adjustments. We went to Precision after the "other company botched the install of a new track went awrye and they couldn't fix it for a month. Brian and his Precision team will be the only people to service our three garage doors after "the other company" replaces the motor. Thanks Mike for a professional service call. Upon arrival, our service technician Aaron, listened well to our needs and informed of us of an appropriate solution. The price for the resolution was reasonable for our needs. Aaron performed his duties in a timely and professional manner. The garage door springs, 2 pulleys &both cables were replaced and function well. I recommend Aaron for recognition by your company.
