Brian attended the Professionally Trained Technician Training Program himself prior to opening his first location in Omaha in 2002. He worked side by side with the staff during the first several years of operation. The Hennings believe in a family owned and operated business where they would be able to provide personalized customer attention, but also appreciated the benefits that research, development and systematic programs a National Franchise 500 company could offer their customers as well.

In 2005, Brian and Kelly Hennings opened up the Southeastern Wisconsin market with the same assurance to Wisconsin homeowners.
