We needed to find a solution for our family, and Precision responded quickly. Our technician (Daray) quickly understood the situation our requirements. He presented several options and costs to best serve our needs, and in a manner we could understand and make a decision. He installed the openers and was very focused on his work. He walked us through everything after he finished the work and we were very pleased with how well it performed.

Thank you so much for your quick and friendly response. I live about 600 miles away from the home in Kanas that was in need of a garage door spring replacement. The technician called and presented options for the repair. He repair was done quickly, and I have no doubt that even from 600 miles away that the workmanship was just as good as if I had been on site with the work being done! Again thank you!

I called Precision today (a Saturday) and they had a tech out in about 3 hours. Daray Ferguson did an outstanding job. He saw immediately that the strut was bent and that the top panel had issues. This guy knows his stuff... He made sure everything was assembled correctly (fixing the last company's screw-up) and everything was adjusted properly. I am very happy with Daray and the company!

Travis York was the Precision Door employee who came to my house. Travis Yorkwas very polite, arrived on time and really knew about Garage Doors and Openers. I wanted an estimate to purchase and have a new garage door installed. All of that was taken care of in less than 20 minutes. My garage door is on order now and I cant wait to have it installed. Tanner, Woody, and Sawyer came to my home to investigate and repair an issue with my garage door opener. Tanner was the lead technician responding to the call and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of garage door openers. He explained what happened to cause my opener to no longer function and prepared three different courses of action to repair the problem for me to choose from. He didnt have all the parts in his truck to complete the repair but he made the door operable again and will return at the day/time I requested to finish. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, Tanner is quite impressive with his knowledge, skill, and speed!

They came out to give me a quote, and the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and did not try to add on items not nesicarry to complete the work I was requesting. He even gave me helpful tips to keep my current door working efficiently.
