You expect good service from a professional company but you MUST acknowledge GREAT service! Daray Ferguson was the tech who quickly trouble spotted and fixed the trouble with my electric eyes, he did NO try to sell me unnecessary parts or services and was a model representative of his company!

I did an internet search to find well reviewed companies and Precision came up. I am so pleased with how they handled us. Daray was the tech that came to the house and found the problem and fixed the garage door. He was friendly, communicated great, was incredibly knowledgeable and he just got it done. So appreciative! I normally do not write reviews....I gladly wrote this one.

Gabriel was my service technician on 8/26/19. He was on time and explained to me the repairs he made in great details. He was kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His co-worker, Andrew was equally pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend Precision Doors for any garage door repairs you may need. Gabriel knows his craft.

Your serviceman was suppose to show between 4 to 8 pm on Saturday. No one showed . This caused me to get another company to do my repair. Because of this I cannot recommend your company to other people.

The guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me several repair/upgrade options but didn’t try to pressure me into one option over another. I would use Precision Door in the future.

I chose you because of 24/7 service, even though you could not come out Tuesday night. You answered the phone, other companies I called didn't answer their phones. Also, Gabriel was excellent, explained everything to me and was a top knotch repairman for garage doors.

The coil springs on my double-wide garage door failed early on the morning of March 12. I went to the Yellow Pages and made what proved to be an excellent choice. They answered their phone at 6:00 a.m. and I made an appointment for between 8 and 10 a.m. Gabriel arrived at my home at around 9:15 and was finished with the work by 11 a.m. He also pointed out how rust had invaded many of the moving parts... The best $877 I ever spent!! Thanks!!

they did the job, I thought it was very pricey, should have hired the garage door people instead of a handyman if it was going to be that pricey, I didn't have the coupon for free service call because they were referred through this site, therefore they charged $49.00 did not get senior discount there were no consideration for me just a hard price!!! was desperate next time I will take my time and hire people that care about the cost!!

Wow! Where do I start with this review... first of all, highly rated online for service and quality of work for which I can attest to both. They came out to my home, examined the previous garage door and took extensive measurements to ensure a perfect fit for my new door. The gentleman (Jesse) came out to measure and installed the door with another team member and had my door ready in about 4 weeks. It took the team about 5 hours to make sure the door fit and operated flawlessly and gave me the run down on maintenance and operation. Would highly recommend you give these guys a call for anything to do with garage doors!

I contacted Precision about reattaching the cables and rewinding the springs on my door. They were able to schedule me in a few hours. The technicians arrived on time, were polite and very informative explaining what they would do and what they could do if I was interested in upgrading my door. My door was back in operation in an hour to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I chose the company based on my Google search, ratings, reviews, BBB accreditation. It was a wonderful decision! I never thought that I could have any repairs done on a Sunday without being charged a lot! Not the case. John, my service technician, called, arrived on time, went over my options after reviewing my problem, was very professional! The repairs done, FANTASTIC, QUALITY work! Thanks John! Definitely a 5 ???? from my experience.
