The product Precision sells is very good, as is the quality of the installation. But, if you're looking for responsible customer service, and guaranteed prices, and for promises to be kept this is not the company to use. I am a senior, and a disabled Veteran. My scheduled, and confirmed appointment was from 0800-1000. I re-arranged my schedule for the day to accommodate that promised time slot. At 0945 I called to ask when I could expect my service technician to arrive. I was placed on hold while they tried to get in touch with him. They couldn't, but promised to call me when they did. They didn't. I called again at 1015. They promised to call when they contacted the Technician. Again, they didn't. Technician showed up at 1035. Long story short, I was over charged $120 from the promised quote. Technician had a surly attitude with which I was not comfortable. I called the office again and asked to speak to a manager. They told me there was none available. I asked for the manager to call me the following day. I have yet to receive a call. Caveat Emptor!

The guys came over and looked at my situation. Saw I needed a whole new door. They suggested some alternatives to save me money, but I decided to just replace it. Three hours after I called for an appointment my garage door opener was replaced and working. I am very pleased it was this easy. I was told how I could save money because some parts were in new and good condition. Not often do you get a chance to save money with repairs. Thank you to Dan.

Tanner, and his partner did a nice job of installing new springs, rollers, drums, torsion cables, and bearings. He explained the process as he went along with the repair, and gave some good tips to watch for in the future. I found both Tanner and his partner both to be very personable and friendly. I did notice one thing that was not offered me on your web site. You offer a senior citizen discount. I was not offered that. I did mention my age to Tanner during our conversation, as he had mentioned his age to me. At any rate, they finished the job in about an hour, and to my satisfaction. I do like the lifetime warranty on parts and labor too! This is the second time I have used Precision to perform repairs on my garage door, and both time satisfied. Thank you, Walter "Rod" Stearns

Time frame was quoted between noon and 2 and when they realized they were going to be a bit late they called me immediately. Tanner and the two guys with him were very friendly made their best recommendations for replacing springs and a few other recommendations. They were timely with the labor, and the garage door works great now. Gave me a 5 year warranty on my springs which I hear is one of the most common things to go out on a 2 door garage door. Very competitive with the other bids I got. I would highly recommend

The tech showed up the fix a broken spring & I ended up buying 2 new doors. After discussing my options with Terry on fixing my broken spring & I had planned on replacing my doors in the future. We were unable to get out of our garage. We have always used Overhead Door and called them first thing...they said it would be a $300 service call and timeframe between 8-12, totally unbelievable. I called Precision and was quoted $69 for the service call and reduced to $49 if they had to do repair/replacement and could be there between 8 and 10 a.m. Devion called at 8 a.m. and said he was on his way! He kept me informed of what he was doing and the problem was, got us up and running and we couldn't have been happier~

My garage door broke Sunday night. I was able to get service scheduled for right away Monday morning. The technicians were on time and finished replacing my springs and pulleys before 9:15. The were very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having garage door issues.

We thought our g-door was shot, we had two other well known local companies come out to give estimates. Both were similar in their estimates (around $2,000). Dread! Rick from Precision came out, first thing he said "you don't need a new g-door. I can fix this." I nearly fell over. The other two companies never even mentioned fixing it as an option. Silly me didn't mention it either bc I assumed it was shot bc it was just hanging there and looked so bad that fixing it honestly never crossed my mind. Well, the other two companies took advantage of my ignoragce and ran with the new door as my only option. Literally Rick See's first words "you don't need a new g-door, I can fix this".....saved me $1700. Not only that, he fixed our opener too. When it's time to buy a new garage door, we will NOT be getting estimates. There will be only one phone call we make and one tech we request. Rick See. BLOWN away with his honesty, professionalism, integrity, he worked fast, knew his stuff, went beyond with fixing the wire on our opener. Great guy, great service. You rarely find that kind of service these days. Thank you!!
