I really appreciated the same day service. Terry Wilson did a great job of fixing our garage door and making it work like new again. He replaced springs, cables, pulleys and rollers. Would definitely give him five stars for being both efficient and courteous while here.

I had never had to have service on my garage door so I didn't have a preference for any of the companies in the KC Metro Area. I looked online to see what I could find as it was Sunday afternoon, we couldn't get the garage door open and my husband was scheduled to leave at 8:00 A.M. Monday morning for a business trip. Precision Doors listing had everything that I was looking for at that moment, service 7 days a week. I couldn't be more pleased in choosing Precision Door. Customer service was very polite, and the tech was great. He was very thorough, found some other issues besides the broken spring,gave us two quotes, didn't pressure us in any way to fix everything in this service call and stayed until 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening to fix all of our garage door issues. Again, I'm usually skeptic about choosing companies from just a listing on the internet but I am definitely glad that I did this time.

Technician arrived during the time designated when making the appointment and advised us the best/worst scenerio of our situation. We opted to change out all the hardware (which included a 10 yr warranty) and he proceeded to do the job in a timely manner. It was somewhat more than we wanted to spend but we've had this same garage door worked on several times in the past and the repairs were only temporary so in the long run paying more to get it done "right" may be the best plan in the long run. We replaced a lot of parts; namely; springs; safety cables; extension cables; and rollers Time will be the true test to the workmanship performed. Thank YOU

First time using this company. Found in yellow pages. Saw the "BBB" accreditation and decided to call. Called in the morning & said they would be here between 2-4 pm and they showed up at 2 pm exactly ! Both techs greeted me with a handshake & their first names. Extremely professional, knowledgable & polite ! Explained everything in detail, including pricing options & warranties. Said it would take 90 minutes to complete & took exactly that time ! Clean-up was quick & thorough and the final bill was explained to me in detail Would definitely recommend & will definitely be calling again if my other garage door develops similar problems. I chose Precision due to an ad for a free service call, and due to the fact that same day service was available. Aaron showed up before the scheduled time and got right to work. He clearly explained the options available for the repair. I wasn't able to take advantage of the free service call because the total cost of the job wasn't enough. I later saw on the website that there was a $15 coupon for any garage repair service that wasn't offered to me in lieu of the free service call. I was a little disappointed in that, because I was trying to save my client some money. Overall though, I was very satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the service and would call again.

I called Precision in the morning to arrange a service call. They were able to come the same day. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough. He looked at everything. The garage door was making a loud noise when it went up and down. He suggested an overhaul with a lifetime warranty. With all the discounts we would receive, the overhaul was very affordable. The work was done in under 2 hours. We bought many new parts, not just springs. Our garage door is very quiet now. I would highly recommend Precision to friends and family.

My family just relocated from TX. Garage door openers are not a pre-installed item on new construction. I scheduled the install for the same day we closed on the new house. I found the company by doing a google search. The company was listed at the top which is why I clicked on your link. I watched the videos and new right away I wanted one of your quiet openers. I ended up going with your top of the line opener. The installer did a phenomenal job installing the unit and was very knowledgeable about his craft. Will be scheduling him to come back and install another opener soon. Only advice I have is for the folks at the call center to ask if the install is in a new construction and how many units the customer wants installed (two car Vs three car garage). This will ensure the technician comes to a job site prepared to install more than one unit.

We found you on the WEB and picked you based on the information we could find on your site and the option of being able to schedule evening service calls. We sceduled a call. They came on time(actually early) the service was pleasent and very professional. They explained all my questions and did a great job. After checking the system to make sure it worked correctly they made sure I understood it came with a 5 year warranty and thanked me for the opportunity to serve me. Tobin did a fine job. It just seems very expensive for two tension springs and spending $402.95. The $15 fuel charge seems a bit much, just add that into the price of equipment and labor. I would consider your company again. You did arrive on time and on the same day which I appreciated.
