We found you on the WEB and picked you based on the information we could find on your site and the option of being able to schedule evening service calls. We sceduled a call. They came on time(actually early) the service was pleasent and very professional. They explained all my questions and did a great job. After checking the system to make sure it worked correctly they made sure I understood it came with a 5 year warranty and thanked me for the opportunity to serve me. Tobin did a fine job. It just seems very expensive for two tension springs and spending $402.95. The $15 fuel charge seems a bit much, just add that into the price of equipment and labor. I would consider your company again. You did arrive on time and on the same day which I appreciated.

The technicians did an excellent job of repairing my garage door opener. The opener was incorrectly installed by the home builder ten years ago. They corrected the most serious problems and gave me advice for further maintenance.
