I was completely satisfied with the repair job Connor Karl did on our overhead garage door. He came with a confident attitude (I wasn't so confident), and he was very professional. I had escalated the repair in my mind so that it would take several men and several days to resolve the problem. It took him 2 hours with no help to rehab the door to a perfect working condition and the bill was (I thought) very reasonable. Thank you, Connor!!

Service person resolved my problem in 5 mins. He also did an inspection and pointed out an issue with the door seal. I agreed on a replacement which he installed quicly and now my door has zero leaks. Person was professional and meticulous. Would certainly use Precision again.
