London worked really hard to replace my 30-year-old garage door opener that had stopped working for me. He even worked with me to help stay within my budget- he also worked late, he went out for extra parts, and he said several times that if he was going to do something, he was going to do it right. He did a great job. I only got 1 of my 2 garage doors replaced today but I would be happy to hire London again to replace my second door when I'm ready.

I was told by the salesman that installing a new door that my gab at the bottom of door and the cement would be covered but I still have a gab. He said the bottom sweep would cover it but the installer said it would not work and it didn't.

I had a garage door spring break the day before going out of town. So I called and go a same-day appt with 4-6pm arrival. I took off work early to be there. At 5:30pm, I received a call from technician that he did not have time to do the repair that day. I asked about coming the next morning, but he said he was already booked for the day and I'd have to reschedule. The technician still wanted to "accommodate" me by coming by to assess the problem and give a quote. I told him this was not necessary and not to come if he did not have time to replace the spring. This has been quite a frustrating experience, and I will not be a customer of Precision Door.

We just moved into our house and our garage door went bonkers. The door was stuck crooked and rollers were falling out as well as the cables being off their drums. Also, one of the lower tracks was bent drastically which probably resulted in the problem in the first place. Tyler of Precision Door came out, diagnosed the issues, and had our door and the bent track repaired and working perfectly in about an hour. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I can't thank Tyler and Precision Door enough for their same day response to get our door working for us.

The person answering my call was very polite and helpful. I chose Precision because they are local and I had heard good things about them. Conner Karl, the person who came to look at and repair the garage door was very helpful, observed the situation, provided an estimate of the cost of repair. Once I approved this, he went straight to work, completed the task, ask for me to check out the function of the garage door, then asked if I had any questions.
