Thank you for such fast and courteous service. The technician replaced the broken springs on our garage door and installed a new opener. ( The old opener was 20+ years old and broken). He was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what repairs were needed. He made sure that I understood all the functions of the new opener. He was very pleasant.

Thank you for sending such a competent tech. The reviews I read before booking were so glowing that I was skeptical about their veracity. Well, everyone was right. The tech you sent was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain each aspect of what my garage door needed and why. He worked in a cold garage in sub-freezing temperature and didn't take me up on my offer to enter the house occasionally to get warm. He worked till the job was finished. The door has never worked so smoothly. It's a small thing but his work also looks professional. Thank you for a great experience.

The technician (Dayan) that came out was great! Two minor complaints. 1) I could tell he was taught to find more things wrong with my garage door to make more money. 2) He was almost 2 hours late. I was told he would be there between 8 am and 12 pm. Not his fault at all. Poor planning by management.

I called this morning to have our 15 year old garage opener replaced. I had an appointment later that afternoon. The tech called when he was 30 minutes out. The tech explained in detail the different options I had to to replace my older unit. Within two hours the job was completed and I absolutely love our new garage door opener. It is so much quieter than the older moldel. Thanks Precision you nailed it!!!!!!!

I called Precision today (a Saturday) and they had a tech out in about 3 hours. Daray Ferguson did an outstanding job. He saw immediately that the strut was bent and that the top panel had issues. This guy knows his stuff... He made sure everything was assembled correctly (fixing the last company's screw-up) and everything was adjusted properly. I am very happy with Daray and the company!

I wanted an estimate to purchase and have a new garage door installed. All of that was taken care of in less than 20 minutes. My garage door is on order now and I cant wait to have it installed. Tanner, Woody, and Sawyer came to my home to investigate and repair an issue with my garage door opener. Tanner was the lead technician responding to the call and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of garage door openers. He explained what happened to cause my opener to no longer function and prepared three different courses of action to repair the problem for me to choose from. He didnt have all the parts in his truck to complete the repair but he made the door operable again and will return at the day/time I requested to finish. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, Tanner is quite impressive with his knowledge, skill, and speed!

Excellent price and service. My installer, Terry, was very thorough and didn't mind me asking questions during the installation process. Terry arrived on time, did the install, loaded up all the old door panels and related hardware, then proceeded to clean and lubricate the door hardware, as well as, make sure the door was clean as well. Finally, he picked up all the packing material from the new door and made sure my garage was spotless. Very satisfied with Terry's work and the very reasonable price from Precision....almost 50% less than the 3 other bids I obtained. Highly recommend Precision and Terry.

Terry and his partner (sorry, I don't remember his name) came the next day after I called for service. The telephone operator even tried to get me in the same day, however, I didn't want to bump anyone who had already scheduled. I opted to take the next day. Before the repair, everything was explained completely, I was given options, I knew what the total cost was going to be before the work began. Both gentlemen were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner. My thanks to both Terry and his co-worker. I will definitely call Precision again if the need arises. I do have to add this -- even Terry was impressed when I told him about it -- In my two car garage, the door behind my car is the one that wouldn't open--and I was trying to get my granddaughter to work at that moment. The other garage door did open (there was not another car parked in front of it). Long story short, I proceeded to move my car from the one door that wouldn't open to the door that would open! Tedious work indeed, but I prevailed! Anyway, Thanks Terry -- and co-worker!

They advertise free installation replacing a broken spring. However, they wanted to charge a re-torque fee. I believe that is part of the install.
