Very impressive company. I called on a Sat. morning and was told a tech would be at my house between 4-8. He was there at 7 and done by 8. The techs name is Daray and did a great job. One more thing it had iced all night and snowed most of the day.

I called on Wednesday about a roller that was off track. There was someone here by Thursday. the 2 techs, Alec and DJ, were very polite and friendly. They got to work right away, thoroughly assessed the job and had it fixed in no time.

A year and a half ago Precision door had installed new spring, rollers, and cables, etc. for my garage door and gave me "lifetime warranty at no cost for labor or parts." However, when my garage door needed a minor repair last week the technician charged me $84.95 for the "service call." I wrote to the owner (Brian) that this is not right to call labor "service charge" and not honor the warranty, but he did not reply. I dislike giving poor reviews but I have no choice here since in my view Precision Door did not honor its terms of warranty. A company should not tarnish its reputation like this.

Terry and his partner were great. Very professional service and they answered all my questions. I initially wanted a keypad installed. But after talking with Terry I decided to have an entire opener installed. Thinking they would have to reschedule, Terry said they had what they needed to do the job. Both Terry and his partner installing the new opener were very professional. They explained all my options in detail and answered my questions to my satisfaction. If I hadn't spent so much time talking to them they could have finished a lot faster. I am very pleased. Bobby McGoffin

Fast, excellent work. Very good clean-up after the job was done. Terry's crew were pleasant guys who seemed to enjoy what they were doing and explaining what was needed. I probably could have saved a couple of bucks going to another company, but I would not change a thing. I feel comfortable with the work done and the warranty on that work. Nice job, guys.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday and Terry was there within an hour. I very rarely write reviews but Terry demonstrated a very positive attitude and extreme professional competence, two qualities that are pretty hard to come by these days, especially on a Sunday afternoon. Terry got our door operational and then came back a couple of days later to install a part he had to order. When he came back, he did so at 6PM when it was convenient for us. Prices were also very reasonable.

I love my new garage door opener and "tune up" of the rollers and cables. It is so quiet I have to check to see if the door is going up or down. I was given a number of options and prices with no pressure to choose the most expensive one. The work was done quickly and professionally. Thank you, Aaron!

I called Precision when another company did not show up during a scheduled time. Aaron has been to our home 3 times in 7 days. He has been amazing. So polite, kind to my son and very knowledgable. The first time he replaced rollers in both doors. Then the door's 25 year old operator gave out and he was back to fix it a few days later. Then 2 days after that the other door's 25 year old operator gave out also! I am frustrated with my garage doors, but Aaron has been so great!
