Two garage door installers arrived promptly and worked steadily throughout the morning until the job was done. They showed me that the new doors were operating efficiently and seemed to take pride in their work. Precision was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I would do the same.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience today with the tech who came to my house. After assessing my very old chain driven opener he told me he couldn’t work on my system. I understand the reasons he gave but rather than telling me what we could do he kept telling me that he couldn’t touch my system. He did remain courteous despite my obvious disappointment in this response. He did not at any time say he could replace my system and at that point I did not ask as I was very displeased. I sent him away due to him continuing to tell me what he couldn’t do for me. I would have greatly appreciated being told first what could be done and I would have paid to have a replacement but instead he left and I ended up very disappointed.

I had a very distressing time today. My door opener installer was very capable, however when it came time to pay for the installation the charge was $150 more than the invoice I was sent. When I asked why he was disgusted with the whole job. Apparently, it took longer than he anticipated and it was horribly hot. I feel bad about that but I can not do anything about the outside temperatures. I was also under the impression that I was getting a keypad with this but that was disclosed later that I am not getting that either. This garage door was 110% more than the one I had installed 10 years ago and that just seems excessive. I asked the guy to just run the bill and leave because I was really upset at the additional cost that I can't do anything about. I was mistakenly under the impression that the invoice was the final word. I will read documents more carefully in the future. I guess that's the world we live in. People can just sit in your house and yammer and not just do like I asked and run the ticket...I asked 3 times for him to run the ticket and leave and I'm the crazy one. It's hot and I am spent for today.

Mark was our service guy to come by and look at my springs and cable that busted. He was nice and friendly and he estimated the job. He was in and out pretty quick as well. He was VERY knowledgeable for the task at hand and explained everything from start to finish. He was also very respectful about my property and all. Will call them again if I have any problems with the other side.

These guys are fantastic. You can reach them 24hours a day 7 days a week which makes it very convenient to schedule service. They are professional and had every item on their service vehicle to fix my garage door. In my opinion they are unbeatable with a 10 year warranty.

I had a broken belt pulley on a LiftMaster belt driven garage door opener. After patiently waiting a full week on a different Overhead Door company to try and obtain the pulley I called Precision. Placed the call at 8AM and by 12:30PM they had arrived and replaced the broken pulley with one the carry on their truck! Also impressed with their Web Site. Received an appointment verification notification by e-mail which included a picture of the service technician they were sending. This is very efficient operation.
