I want to commend David the Operations Manager of Precision Door. He made a follow up call to me because I was unhappy with my initial appointment results. He was genuinely concerned that I was not satisfied. He bent over backward to smooth things out with me, complete my job and warranty it for 5 years. He's a first rate manager that wants to do the right thing and cares about his customers. Precision Door cares and wants their customers happy. This is a rare quality in today's world. I would highly recommend Precision Door.
