I love how friendly the staff was when I called with a million questions. I really love how I was put on the schedule really quickly and the tech called me with a specific time frame of when he was coming out. I also like how quickly he worked and all the options I was given.

I set up an appointment for a repair. The crew arrived on schedule and after we talked over what my old door needed, I decided to order a new one. The crew was very professional and secured my old door so that it would be safe until the new door could be ordered and installed. The price of the new door was very reasonable.

My first experience with Precision was very good. Tobin is a fine young man who went out of his way to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. I do like it that you put out a Bio on your service people. It is nice to know a little about who is doing work for you. Very pleased and will definitely refer your name to others.
