What a great service experience! My technicians were prompt and even called me before the scheduled visit to make sure it was still a good time to come by. Once here, they listened to my garage door situation and offered a "good, better or best" plan in terms of what we wanted serviced. They kindly explained the price of each part and their plan of action. Amazingly, they were done within an hour! They reviewed the invoice thoroughly with me afterwards and left with a smile. Couldn't ask for more!

This is Gina, Dan's wife and I made the initial call to your company through Google. I liked the very professional receptionist on the other line. Very up beat and for the most part, informative. I really like the promotion of a free trip charge to our home. I liked the ad you had online, too. Only one small comment or ?.... I called to get the large spring replaced and was told that would be $99 and I did not know to ask if there were any other fees involved. $15 disposal fee and $59 to balance the spring or door fee. Overall, I pleased with the service and the professionalism of the receptionist and the technician. Just the hidden extra costs were a little disappointed because I did not know to ask so thought that should have been offered on the initial phone conversation. Thank you, Gina Kahn

On a Monday morning we discovered that the torsion spring on out garage door was broken. I called a couple of repair companies, but they could not be here for at least a day. Precision was out that morning. I not only had the spring repaired I also had all the rollers and cables replaced. The lifetime warranty that covers parts and labor was why I spent the extra. Our extra garage door would not fully open. We had had service done on our main garage door the previous year by Precision and we called them, again. Terry came and evaluated the situation. The workings were original to the house and so we decided to have them all replaced. When trying to open the door, Terry saw that gear shaft was stripped. Thus, this was replaced. Very pleased with the service and personnel.

1.) I selected your company from a short list of companies that my grandson brought up on his hand held computer. I saw that it was listed in Lee's Summit where our son, Jon, lives. The garage door's opening/closing problem was the purpose of my contact to your company, and secondly, I liked the name of your company. 2.) Precision Door Company is 5 star company in my opinion. 3.) The service performed was the repair of the garage door opener with the installation of a new "drive gear assembly" (my nomenclature, hope it's close to its proper name), and the adjustment of the chain after the new drive assembly was installed. The young man who performed the repair and adjustment knew his "stuff" and did a very commendable job. In addition, he was very professional and was accommodating to" this old goat" (me.) He outlined the various ways this problem could be handled and allowed me to make the best choice in view of circumstances. The garage door and closer is actually in our son's (Jon's) home. We live in north central Iowa and was in Lee's Summit to visit our three sons and their families and for me to repair the garage door and my wife to attend a baby "shower." I was "rescued" by your company in that I had never fixed a garage door with that problem in my life but was able to see I was "in over my head" with this repair job. Thanks to your company and to the young man (who did the work) all turned out fine. Jon is very happy with the garage door operation.

What can I say. Terry Wilson and Eric Spikes did an Awesome Job!!! My garage door was in need of quite a bit of repair (springs, cables, drums, rollers, brackets...). They assessed the situation, weighted the door and then gave me their professional input and the rest is history. My garage door has NEVER worked this good. I was so impressed with their attitudes. Whatever management is doing, keep it up. I've never seen such happy employees. Great reflection of the company, their joy with the company and it is all reflected in their interface with the customer, which makes it great for us. Keep up the great work gents. Precision is my go to on garage door work for now on.

This was the first time I used precision and service technician Terry was awesome! Very knowledgable, took the time to explain to my level what the problem was and quickly fixed it, went above and beyond , he helped me reset our pins, found out even our batteries for the outside openers were long dead- he replaced them! and shared maintenance tips for us to implement every 6 months. Thank you Terry for excellent service , I highly recommend precision for garage door issues . I give them a 5 star rating.
