What can I say. Terry Wilson and Eric Spikes did an Awesome Job!!! My garage door was in need of quite a bit of repair (springs, cables, drums, rollers, brackets...). They assessed the situation, weighted the door and then gave me their professional input and the rest is history. My garage door has NEVER worked this good. I was so impressed with their attitudes. Whatever management is doing, keep it up. I've never seen such happy employees. Great reflection of the company, their joy with the company and it is all reflected in their interface with the customer, which makes it great for us. Keep up the great work gents. Precision is my go to on garage door work for now on.

This was the first time I used precision and service technician Terry was awesome! Very knowledgable, took the time to explain to my level what the problem was and quickly fixed it, went above and beyond , he helped me reset our pins, found out even our batteries for the outside openers were long dead- he replaced them! and shared maintenance tips for us to implement every 6 months. Thank you Terry for excellent service , I highly recommend precision for garage door issues . I give them a 5 star rating.

I love how friendly the staff was when I called with a million questions. I really love how I was put on the schedule really quickly and the tech called me with a specific time frame of when he was coming out. I also like how quickly he worked and all the options I was given.

I set up an appointment for a repair. The crew arrived on schedule and after we talked over what my old door needed, I decided to order a new one. The crew was very professional and secured my old door so that it would be safe until the new door could be ordered and installed. The price of the new door was very reasonable.

My first experience with Precision was very good. Tobin is a fine young man who went out of his way to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. 5 stars! I did like how your website was straightforward. I met today with Aaron Rhoades who was helpful in describing the several options that I have in replacing parts or replacing the whole door system. He was personable and clear in answering questions. I liked his explanation of the payment process which seemed fair and reasonable. I have ordered a new garage door system.
