When I called they gave me options for time slot for repairs next day in the afternoon/evening which is what I needed due to my schedule. The text came through right on time in that window with a picture of the technician and his name and that he was on his way. This is really good because you know who to expect showing up within that time window frame that was promised. When Steve Ray showed up I explained my issue with the broken springs and he was very knowledgeable and gave me options to choose from. He replaced the items we agreed on and was very fast and efficient. You could tell with his confidence that he repaired my issue and explained the warranty and to call back with any issues. Our garage door wouldn't stay closed and kept going back up. Precision was our first thought since we see their commercials on the news every morning. Daray showed up right on time the next day and diagnosed and replaced our opener in under a couple hours. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and helpful job. I went on Angi's list for a recommendation and Precision was the first to pop up so I called the number for Independence. Thankfully a technition was able to come out that day. He was very personable and explained everything and gave us an estimate and explanation on what needed to be done and what the cost was going to be. He did the work in a timely manner. We appreciated that there was no service charge; especially on a Holiday. We would definitely recommend Precision. Your office personnel were very nice and helpful as well.

I contacted your company to have my garage door lubricated. The representative that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to complete the repair quickly. I have only one complaint and it deals with price. When I called to make the appointment, I actually knew exactly what was needed and asked what the cost would be? I was told about $50.00 (actually $48.00 and change) by the woman who took the call. When the Rep came out, suddenly the price grew...and grew...and GREW!!! Obviously, I understood it was going to be more depending on additional services but I did not want additional services; I just wanted the lubrication. The Rep said the price for that was $125.00! When I asked what happened to the $50.00 that I was quoted, he actually said to me "Do you really think I would come all the way out here for $50.00?" You know, I have worked in customer service all of my adult life and that was probably the rudest comment I have ever received from a company Rep. I realize I must be very naive about prices and truly did not have an issue paying more. My issue is that I was quoted $50.00 and that's what I expected to pay and then I was rudely told that your company wouldn't even come out for that amount? Then why quote that amount???

I needed a better seal all the way around my garage door. I called to make an appointment, and Josh came out the next day. He was extremely personable---and very helpful as he discussed what he could do to fix the problem. I added some additional work to the project, and within about an hour-and-a-half everything was done to my satisfaction.
