Complete replacement of my opener was a little high in price but the repairman gave many options. We were able to come to an acceptable conclusion. Repairman was friendly, did exceptional work and cleaned up the mess. All in all, very happy with the service.

The technician was not only knowledgeable, he provided us with information we did not know about our own system. He was a good listener, friendly, professional & extremely helpful. I took some advise and called Precision to have my garage doors installed rather than attempting to do it myself, and boy was I glad I did. As soon as Daray arrived on site I knew I was in good hands, he took me trough every step of the way making sure I knew exactly what my doors required to insure smooth operation and performance for years come. Daray pointed all the unique aspects of my doors, including size, constructions/material and rail positioning and explained in detail how to get the most out of our doors. The install its self went relatively quick and the workmanship was amazing. All I can say is that if I ever need work on my garage doors again Daray Ferguson is the man! Thank you all your service is unmatched.

They couldn't come on Sunday, which is why I called them because I thought they were 24/7. They did come Monday morning and they did a great job. They explained everything to me and completed the work today. The tech they sent was very knowledgeable. I really give him 5 stars. Daray really did a good job. I would still like to have my garage door fixed properly. It does not shut not lock properly If someone just comes and moved it to the side it will open. Plus the upper corner does not close all the way.

This company was really able to show what greatness is made of. We had an issue, the manager did the right thing and contacted us. He was able to MAKE IT BETTER, he was very professional, quick to act and lived up to all of the expectations that I had of a company with a triple A rating.
