Very nice and knowledgable. We had a four-month-old inside and they were concerned if they were making too much noise for her. They offered a few scenarios on what to repair but not pushy on their recommendations. Hopefully the door doesn't break again but I would use them if it did.

Wife called me at 9 am on Dec. 19 and said garage door wouldn't open. I was out of town and couldn't take care of it myself and called Precision. They said they would have someone there at 4 pm. The repair man came and replaced a broken cable. My wife said he was very courteous and well trained. He fixed the problem in a short amount of time. When I got the invoice online a little while later I saw the charge wasn't what I was told it would be. I called them and they very graciously adjusted the charge to a reasonable amount. I was well pleased with the whole process.

Tobin was here on time . He was friendly and professional. I was very comfortable having him in my home. He did the job in a timely manner and clearly explained everything. To Operations Manager David Green Good evening sir, I wanted to touch base with you concerning the service I received tonight from your company. I needed a spring replaced and chose your company to it. Your technician came as scheduled, a little early in fact. Very professional, and provided me with some great information about garage door maintenance. To say I was impressed with his skill level would be an understatement. I did however have a concern about the fuel charge and questioned Terry about this. He explained, but I wanted to voice my dissatisfaction up the chain. I contacted David Green the local Operations Manager here in Kansas City. He too, was very professional and took the time to explain that the fuel charge is a company wide fee. He went out of his way to make sure at the end of the day that I was a satisfied customer. Indeed I am.

I had a broken belt pulley on a LiftMaster belt driven garage door opener. After patiently waiting a full week on a different Overhead Door company to try and obtain the pulley I called Precision. Placed the call at 8AM and by 12:30PM they had arrived and replaced the broken pulley with one the carry on their truck! Also impressed with their Web Site. Received an appointment verification notification by e-mail which included a picture of the service technician they were sending. This is very efficient operation.

Five stars! My car was trapped in the garage when one of the springs broke. We found Precision, called and they scheduled for same day service. They were here early and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I appreciated being able to see who would be coming by using the link Precision sent to me with my appointment confirmation. Dave was very knowledgeable and explained our options thoroughly. Mike did a great job getting everything done. Great service and we are very happy we called Precision.

David and Mike were very professional, and helpful with everything. Had 2 springs replaced and the tension on another door adjusted. The work was done in about 45 minutes, and he happily accepted the internet coupon I had. Would recommend them to friends and relatives.

I did not have the greatest experience at first with my initial repair on my garage door. I spoke with David Green about my issues and he sent out a different service man to repair the issues at hand. Curtis was very professional and helpful in getting my garage back to working condition. Curtis has a lot of knowledge and excellent customer service skills. I appreciate Curtis, Brandon & David for helping me out!

The technician, Tobin, was very professional, inspecting my garage door and garage door opener and explaining to me the problem, potential problems, causes, and options for resolving each problem. Although he described options, there was no hint of pushiness to sell me a service or product. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly without being insincerely "gushy".

Tobin Watkins was my service technician and he did an outstanding job on my garage door repair. I did not have any issues with the guys that came out or the repair work that I had done. I did have a slight problem with the fact that I was scheduled from 12-2. I received a call after 2 to let me know that they were running behind and would call me when they were on the way out. I did get another call around 4:30 for more specifics of the work that I need done and let me know that they were on the way. They finally arrived just after 5pm... Had I known this I would have selected a later time in the day so I wouldn't have missed 1/2 of work.
