I needed the weather seal replaced on two doors. Our technician, Daray, called ahead and was right on time. He had them completed and also did some maintenance work . I had some questions on a couple issues and he took the time to explain and not sell me something I didn’t need at this time. Give these folks a call. I’ll be calling them for the new opener in the near future. Thanks again and much appreciation to Daray for a job well done. I will definitely be making any referrals I can.

Same day appointment, on time as promised called when he was a half away. Very nice gentleman diagnosed the problem with the door explained what was wrong gave us options of what needed to be done. When he finished he had us come out and try the door to make sure we were satisfied before we paid for the service. We highly recommend Precision!! We were very pleased with his work.

Precision was the second company I called for a bid on a new garage door. The first company didn't seem all that interested in doing business with me! Ryan came out right away, showed me what I could order and gave me a good price. We ordered on the spot. It took a long time to build our door, but it was worth the wait. It's beautiful and works perfectly. I can't remember the installer's name but he did a great job! He arrived on time and left everything clean and neat in less time than we thought possible. We made the right choice.

We called another company on the 25th for service on our garage door. They couldn't come until the 27th and when they got there, they said the don't work on that brand. I googled and saw your ad and called your number. The young lady set me up for a couple of hours later that same day. Tyler and another young man showed up LESS than a couple of hours later. They were very personable, professional and knowledgeable on the brand we had. They explained what the problem was, mentioned some maintenance concerns and fixed everything quickly. I was very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend your company to anyone who asks. P.S. Your ad was one of the best I've seen on the net.

Precision Door installed my beautiful garage door last year--my house is old and really not well designed for a garage door but Daray did a great job getting creative and coming up with a solution so that I could have an automatic opener. Fast forward to this year, my garage door needed to be reset (the door would "bounce back" up after trying to close). I accidentally called the wrong company to come fix it and they sent a guy who came to my house, looked at the setup, said he said there's no way to fix it (my LiftMaster system is in an odd location to accommodate my weird garage layout), said my garage wasn't meant for an opener and left. I called Precision immediately (who I meant to call all along) and they sent someone out the next morning. Garrett and his trainee were very friendly and though they had some challenges, ultimately fixed my issue quickly. They even consulted Daray, who answered their questions and helped them brainstorm on his day off. I'm so thankful they could fix it and will definitely make sure I call the correct company first with my garage issues in the future!

Was having issues with both of our garage doors - one not working at all and the other making strange noises. Called Precision and they came out the same day. Our technician, Daray, was able to explain what was going on in a way that I was able to understand and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to make all repairs and overall did a great job. 5 stars out of 5 - would call Precision again!

I could not be more pleased with this company. The technician assigned to me, reached out prior to his visit, to ensure that he had what would be needed to repair, what I thought was going to be needed, before he arrived. After a quick diagnostic, Tyler discovered that a bad bearing on one of the door pulleys, was at fault. I was ready to have the whole operator replaced, after dealing with a faulty system for weeks. However, a quick swap of the pulley, and a few wire adjustments, and everything was working perfectly. I really appreciated the honesty of the technician, as I had had a far different experience with the first company I had come out. I will definitely be using Precision garage doors in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know.

The installer showed up and answered all my questions, professionally and courteously. The price was not unreasonable and the installer obviously knew his stuff, working quickly yet carefully and always in anticipation of future moves. I had some questions on lubrication and he answered these more thoroughly than I would have expected. As a result I was able to eliminate a loud squeak in another door after he left. No doubt it will now last longer as well. he thoroughly cleaned up the area when he left. A good company, a good installer.

The garage door was "up on one side and down on the other side" and would not move to close or open. We could not move it either to close the door. So we needed assistance asap.
