Great people, they sh pop wed up on time and checked it all over as it would not open or close. They tried everting and then we tried my truck remote and it now works. Haven’t use the remote for 6 years. Asked them to replace wall switch but there’s wouldn’t connect! NO charge I I REPEAT NO charge!!!!! Great company and service. You cannot go wrong. USE THEM

I paid a handyman to install new springs after one broke. My garage door worked for about a month but was never quite right. Then the door became wedged and inoperable. The spring on my garage door broke on Thursday. I called another company on Thursday they could have a technican out the nex day. Unfortunately there was no techinicans avialable on Friday. They would have someone out on Monday by 11:00 am no calls or no one showed up so I cancelled their service. We called Precision at 11:00 am and Tyler and Brian were out at 1:30 pm. the SAME DAY!! Both gentlemen were very polite and gave us three options to choose from. Explaining each of them and said they had what we needed to get the job done right now. They were very professional and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The customer service was excellent.
