This was second time to use Precision Door Service. I am just as impress this time as the first. Called at 8 Saturday morning and repair person was here around 9:30. Although the news wasn't good , a new system was installed, explanations provided, good clean up, very courteous, and done in about an hour.

I found Precision on the web, called and they were able to come out the next day. Terry gave me a education on my garage door & operator. It was loud, leaking something and I knew it needed attention. I have a very heavy door, 300+ pounds and found out my operator was lifting way more than it was supposed to over 50 pounds, normal is 10-15 lbs. I needed new springs and rollers. Once Terry was finished I could hardly hear my garage door go up or down. How nice! Terry was very knowledgeable.

The service was very thorough and provided several recommendations prior to performing work. I selected the service which suited my needs and cost limitations and he performed the work immediately within an hour. I would recommend Precision to a neighbor or friend. I also want to mention I contacted the other companies like garage door guys and several others who were not responsive to my phone inquiries which doubted my confidence in their service. This is a 5 star company with comparable costs. Do not be fooled by the low advertisement adds with other companies such as additional service charges.

Maintenance & repair options with costs were helpful in decisions. Precision has always come through with immediate needs. My first service experience was when I had to be at work in the early morning. I had a broken spring and as everyone knows, you're going nowhere until it's fixed. Precision was there and I was on my way to work on time. I highly recommend their 24 hr. service.

4 1/2 stars. Safety cables and a spring. Overall good service. Terry (tech) very knowledgeable and polite. Phone operators were Not aware of promotions online. I had to call twice to get a different person. I still had to explain the promotion and she told me that she would put that on my ticket that i mentioned promo at booking. She did Not. Also I feel that you should put on the Web site that no coupons can be combined with promotions. (Ex: free service call with garage door repair and $15 of any garage door repair) I wasn't able to use my coupon.

Aaron was absolutely great...He called 45 min prior to arrival he was very knowledgeable about the products fast and friendly...I had a horrible experience with overhead garage door where this was an emergency and i scheduled an appointment with Overhead....They did not bother to show or give a follow up call as to why no contact to the Customer....? Worthless People at Overhead...I would recommend Aaron at Precision Door any day of the week...He will make sure you get the best service for your Dollar...Thanks Again Aaron for your help....

Very nice and knowledgable. We had a four-month-old inside and they were concerned if they were making too much noise for her. They offered a few scenarios on what to repair but not pushy on their recommendations. Hopefully the door doesn't break again but I would use them if it did.

Wife called me at 9 am on Dec. 19 and said garage door wouldn't open. I was out of town and couldn't take care of it myself and called Precision. They said they would have someone there at 4 pm. The repair man came and replaced a broken cable. My wife said he was very courteous and well trained. He fixed the problem in a short amount of time. When I got the invoice online a little while later I saw the charge wasn't what I was told it would be. I called them and they very graciously adjusted the charge to a reasonable amount. I was well pleased with the whole process.

5. I selected you through a Google Search. Tobin was out the same day to give us an estimate on repairing/replacing our door. We have not yet decided on repair/replacement, but Tobin was awesome -- personable, informative, and helpful.

To Operations Manager David Green Good evening sir, I wanted to touch base with you concerning the service I received tonight from your company. I needed a spring replaced and chose your company to it. Your technician came as scheduled, a little early in fact. Very professional, and provided me with some great information about garage door maintenance. To say I was impressed with his skill level would be an understatement. I did however have a concern about the fuel charge and questioned Terry about this. He explained, but I wanted to voice my dissatisfaction up the chain. I contacted David Green the local Operations Manager here in Kansas City. He too, was very professional and took the time to explain that the fuel charge is a company wide fee. He went out of his way to make sure at the end of the day that I was a satisfied customer. Indeed I am.

Five stars! My car was trapped in the garage when one of the springs broke. We found Precision, called and they scheduled for same day service. I did not have the greatest experience at first with my initial repair on my garage door. I spoke with David Green about my issues and he sent out a different service man to repair the issues at hand. Curtis was very professional and helpful in getting my garage back to working condition.
