I waited from 8:00 AM thru 4:00 PM for another door company to come and work on my door. At 4:00 PM after 3 phone calls I was told it might be another three day wait. I then began to look for another company on the internet. I called Precision after 4:00 PM thinking I might get someone by Monday seeing this was friday afternoon. A lady answered the phone, took my information and stated she had an opening between 6:00 PM and 8 PM At 6:10 PM I Received a phone call from a man named Devion he stated he would be there in 10 minutes. This man was very clear in explaining my problem, solution and cost. He took my opener apart and at 7:00PM Devion was finished picked up all scrape and parts and was leaving me with a smile on my face. The customer service at Precision from the first contact thru review request for any concerns is the best any customer can expect. I would give this company 10 stars, their service team is great.

My garage door opener died last night so I was in need of buying a new one. I was looking at getting a jack shaft opener in order to utilize the space above my garage, but after Devion looked at my installed he let me know that it would not work. He recommended an opener that would, was extremely knowledgable, fast, and very professional. He even let me know my other opener was fine and didn't need to be replaced yet when I thought it did. Could not recommend the company, or Devion enough! A+++++

Our double-wide overhead garage door had been malfunctioning (not going down consistently) for months, and had gotten stuck in the raised/up/open position a few times in the last half year. When I called Precision Overhead Garage Service, I was very pleased to be offered an appointment time frame that would start within 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time that I was calling -- a quickness that I had never before experienced with any contractor. Also, to my pleasant surprise, the Precision Overhead Garage Service technician, Shelby, arrived within the first few minutes of the time frame of the scheduled appointment! He examined our overhead garage door system, and, within a minute, recommended that we replace all of our hardware, due to it having reached the end of its 10-cycle average life, and due to it almost all being worn out. He took the time to show me what parts were worn out, how they were worn out, and made it clear to me that he would be wiling to answer any questions that I or my husband would have at anytime during the appointment. So, my husband and I agreed to have Shelby replace all of the hardware, which Shelby was able to do on the spot in 40-50 minutes. Shelby tested the function of the overhead garage door after the replacement of all of the hardware using the wall button, and he allowed me to test it from the vehicle, in order to satisfy my husband's worries. The charge was $799 before taxes, $883.95 total. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the very efficient service that Shelby provided.

First of all, the technician was prompt. He came when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnosis the problem. He showed me what was wrong. Shelby was helpful, informative and fast. He purveyed my garage door, told me his recommendation (which did NOT include a new door!) and went to work. He was on-site a little over an hour and everything was repaired. Love that Precision does service calls on Sundays!

The technician was professional and extremely fast at repairing my door. The only disappointment was that while making the appointment over the phone, I was told that the service charge would be $69.00m but if work was performed it would be reduced to $49.00. That did not happen. I am satisfied with the repair work ultimately.

Woody, Alex and Travis worked very diligently to find the cause of our entire garage door opener that was not working. They installed a new door opener, motor, controls, in other words the works. Apparently an electrical problem had developed when our electricity went out for a few minutes on Saturday. All three men are hard workers and very pleasant persons. Thank you for a job well done.

Sawyer was an polite and professional. Did not get the name of his assistant but was the same. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. They replaced the cables and brackets that attach to the cables that had rusted out. Learned that Sawyer grew up in Nebraska and is still a Husker Fan, as we are. I called Precision because I had used them in the past and really liked their service. I called Wednesday night and got an appointment for Thursday morning. For the most part I was satisfied but I had a couple of issues. I was told by the girl in your office that the fee would be $200.00. Then when it was time to pay the bill Dan hit me up with a $15.00 environmental fee that I was not told about. Then he tried to sell me a couple of items that I neither wanted or needed. After he left I found that the controller was mounted on the wall crooked and the door bell type switch near the garage door did not work. Dan came back this morning and remounted the controller. He told me that the switch would not work with the new opener. Turned out that Dan was right as I called Sears and was told that all I had to do was push enter on the key pad and the door would come down. Every thing now works fine and I am a happy camper.
