I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because our garage door was not closing properly and getting worse on a Monday night. We have used their service in the past and was very happy then, so we decided to use them. I talked to the operator and said an appointment could be made for the next morning plus gave them a short briefing of our garage door problems. Gabriel came out around 9am the next morning and diagnosed the issues, explaining with great details of how he would be able to fix it with letting us know the pricing of each item being replaced. I told Gabriel to fix the issues as if he was working on his own home. I appreciated his great details to the work he did for us to get our garage doors working properly again. Thank you again Gabriel! We will be using Precision Garage Door Service in the future with anymore issues we encounter.

Gabriel came out to my home this morning to service my garage door opener and garage door. He was exceptionally courteous and very professional. He walked me through everything he was doing and why, and giving lots of tips on how to properly maintain the garage door myself going forward, as well as things to watch-out for that indicate need of being serviced or replaced. Would definitely recommend Precision Doors in the future.

I am very happy with the service I received from Precision. The lady who took my call and scheduled the appointment was very nice and helpful. I received a confirmation email with the appointment and a picture of the technician who would be doing the service. Gabriel called before coming and was very efficient. He looked everything over and gave me options. The work (new spring) was completed in less than 30 minutes and he went over everything he did. Will use again.

The coil springs on my double-wide garage door failed early on the morning of March 12. I went to the Yellow Pages and made what proved to be an excellent choice. They answered their phone at 6:00 a.m. and I made an appointment for between 8 and 10 a.m. Gabriel arrived at my home at around 9:15 and was finished with the work by 11 a.m. He also pointed out how rust had invaded many of the moving parts... The best $877 I ever spent!! Thanks!!

Technician Gabriel called ahead that he was on his way and got to my house early! Great! He replaced the spring, rollers and lubed all necessary parts and was done in under an hour. Explained everything in detail how to lube the parts periodically. Very professional. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

I contacted Precision about reattaching the cables and rewinding the springs on my door. They were able to schedule me in a few hours. Gabriel was my service technician on 8/26/19. He was on time and explained to me the repairs he made in great details. He was kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
