Cannot say enough good things about these guys! I called in on Saturday, and received a Sunday morning appointment. Josh showed up right on time, and was very courteous and professional. He explained the scope of the work and gave me a price: could not have been nicer. The repair to my garage door spring took about an hour, and I'm very happy with the results. I will tell everyone I know about the excellent service provided by Precision and their tech, Josh. Thank You!

Precision Door was able to get to our service need to fix broken torsion spring very fast. Service Tech Daray Ferguson was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Daray Ferguson was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He repairs our garage door in a timely manner. He was at our house the same day we called which helped us out. The company is top grade. When I called to make an appointment it was easy. They were very good on making an appointment the very next day even when I called after 6:00pm. When the technician got here I had solved the problem. Conrad was very understanding. Said there would not be a charge. If, I have problems in the future I will definitely call them.

I had two garage doors repaired. I was very pleased with the work done efficiently with the result being my doors working well and much quieter. The two men that came were on time, very polite, did an evaluation and then explained my options as to what level of work I wanted to do. There was no pressure but the options were explained well giving price and time of warranty. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing work on their garage doors,

Always, Same day service, friendly and reliable. Today I would like to recognize Conner Karl he was the repair man that came today. Such a nice young man very knowledgeable and friendly. Did an awesome job explaining what was wrong and how it could be fixed and the cost wasn’t pushy but expressed that it needed to be fixed. If i need work done again I would like it to be him that comes to do it.

Daray from Precision did a great job for us. We had multiple issues he was able to address - replaced a non-functional opener and also tuned up both garage doors while he was here. Both doors are now smooth and quiet for the first time in years! We had one small issue Daray had to come back out to resolve, but we're still happy. Precision was easy to schedule and no charge for the 2nd follow-up visit to wrap up the repair. Daray was friendly and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend Daray and Precision Door!

Greetings: My technician, Karl Conner, was a very courteous and professional young man whose expertise was of a paramount level. He fixed my garage door opener and explained ALL the parts of my old garage door, plus ALL the reasons why I was due for a new one. He was kind enough to recommend a product for me to use to spray my garage door parts in order to keep them in good working order. We discussed my need for a new garage door, and I learned things I was not previously aware of with this old door. Conner called early, was on time, and knocked out the free inspection and door bottom seal replacement on both overhead doors in no time at all. The seals are brand new and a better style that the 30 year old originals, which Conner hauled off. A great start to a Saturday. Thank you, Trip

I was quoted $69.99 for the service all that was done was reprograming my home remote. and a handheld. After everything was complete, I ended up also paying an additional $15 that was not mentioned in the quote for maintenance. The service tech did a good job with the reprograming.

The spring on my garage door broke on Thursday. I called another company on Thursday they could have a technican out the nex day. Unfortunately there was no techinicans avialable on Friday. They would have someone out on Monday by 11:00 am no calls or no one showed up so I cancelled their service. We called Precision at 11:00 am and Tyler and Brian were out at 1:30 pm. the SAME DAY!! Both gentlemen were very polite and gave us three options to choose from. Explaining each of them and said they had what we needed to get the job done right now. They were very professional and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The customer service was excellent.
