I normally do things myself, but with moving I decided to call to get my door repaired as it had the cable jump the track and canted the door sideways. I called and they had someone out within a day. Josh responded and was polite, knowledgeable, and got the door repaired within 30 mins!! I will absolutely be using this company again! Absolutely phenomenal service and great company!

I made an appointment this morning(6/26/23) and they were here by 1pm. My tech Daray was so knowledgeable and know exactly what the problem was, Had it fixed to perfection in under an hour. That's amazing. I highly recomend Precision Door service

The spring on my garage door broke on Thursday. I called another company on Thursday they could have a technican out the nex day. Unfortunately there was no techinicans avialable on Friday. They would have someone out on Monday by 11:00 am no calls or no one showed up so I cancelled their service. We called Precision at 11:00 am and Tyler and Brian were out at 1:30 pm. the SAME DAY!! Both gentlemen were very polite and gave us three options to choose from. Explaining each of them and said they had what we needed to get the job done right now. They were very professional and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The customer service was excellent.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys! I called in on Saturday, and received a Sunday morning appointment. Josh showed up right on time, and was very courteous and professional. He explained the scope of the work and gave me a price: could not have been nicer. The repair to my garage door spring took about an hour, and I'm very happy with the results. I will tell everyone I know about the excellent service provided by Precision and their tech, Josh. Thank You!

I called you because you were close. The rubber on the bottom of the door had broken off in places. The serviceman was very friendly and explained the product I needed. It took him less than an hour to install the rubber strip. I appreciate the quick response to my call and can assure you I will call you if I have any more problems. Daray Ferguson was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He repairs our garage door in a timely manner. He was at our house the same day we called which helped us out. The company is top grade. When I called to make an appointment it was easy. They were very good on making an appointment the very next day even when I called after 6:00pm. When the technician got here I had solved the problem. Conrad was very understanding. Said there would not be a charge. If, I have problems in the future I will definitely call them.

I had two garage doors repaired. I was very pleased with the work done efficiently with the result being my doors working well and much quieter. The two men that came were on time, very polite, did an evaluation and then explained my options as to what level of work I wanted to do. There was no pressure but the options were explained well giving price and time of warranty. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing work on their garage doors,

When I found Precision Door on the web, the Better Business Bureau caught my eye as did the extended hours. It was definitely the right choice for me. The customer service representatives was quick and friendly. Alex, the service technician was right on time, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my garage door to work better than ever.
